为何方孔几何形状优于圆孔夹持,适用于自动车床46

自动车床46型机床通常通过导向衬套推送方形或六角棒料。圆孔夹头会使方料边角变形,导致振动和夹紧力不均。我们的方孔是在热处理后拉削加工,而非热处理前。这一顺序至关重要。如果在淬火前拉削,内孔会在淬火过程中变形。我们将内孔加工至0.005毫米余量,淬火后,再进行精拉削至最终尺寸。结果是形成真正的方形型腔,具有四个平整接触面,每个面以相等的压力夹持棒料。夹持直径上的TIR为0.003毫米,而不仅仅是外体上的跳动。这就是普通夹头与精准夹持棒料夹头之间的区别。

我们用于淬火体的材料与热处理工艺

我们采用20CrMnTi渗碳钢,而非普通45#碳钢。芯部保持30–35 HRC的韧性,以吸收断续切削产生的冲击,而表层在渗碳和油淬后达到58–60 HRC。渗碳层深度为0.8–1.2毫米,每批次均通过显微维氏硬度测试验证。弹簧槽在淬火后采用线切割加工,而非淬火前铣削。线切割避免了应力集中,并在槽壁留下Ra 0.8 µm的表面粗糙度。方孔本身磨削至H7公差,以匹配棒料尺寸。如果您使用10毫米方料,内孔尺寸为10.000至10.015毫米。这是实际配合尺寸,而非名义图纸尺寸。

跳动控制:我们的测量方法及您实际获得的精度

我们并非基于单个样品宣称跳动精度。每个夹头安装在跳动精度为0.002毫米的精密心轴上,然后使用千分表在三个深度位置测量内孔跳动:前部、中部和后部。最大读数记录在检验报告中。如果超过0.003毫米,该夹头将被报废,而非返工。对淬火夹头进行重新拉削会改变弹簧张力并破坏夹持力。我们还使用液压拉拔器测试夹持力:在60毫米夹持长度下,夹头必须承受2,500 N的轴向力而不打滑。该测试在每批次的10%产品上进行,如需可提供测试视频。

每次发货前的检验:绝非纸上盖章

每个夹头在法兰上激光雕刻序列号。检验报告引用该编号。我们使用三点内径千分尺(分辨率0.001毫米)测量内孔尺寸,使用千分表在磨削心轴上测量跳动,并使用便携式洛氏硬度计测量硬度。报告包含实际测量值,而非仅标注“合格”或“不合格”。您将看到如“10.008毫米”和“0.002毫米TIR”等具体数字。如需关键尺寸的完整三坐标测量报告,我们可应要求提供,额外需要24小时。但对于标准订单,手动报告免费包含。我们这样做是因为我们知道您将此夹头安装到每天运行20小时的机床中,0.01毫米的误差意味着数千件废品。

如何订购非标尺寸且无起订量限制

我们接受4毫米至20毫米的非标方孔尺寸。外体为标准自动车床46型锥度(1:10),因此适配您现有的主轴。您只需指定棒料尺寸和夹持长度。如有图纸,请发送给我们。如无图纸,请告知棒料尺寸,我们将提出内孔公差建议。非标尺寸交货期为10天,因为我们需要针对您的尺寸专门订购拉刀。但拉刀为一次性成本——我们不会将其摊销到您的首单中。您只需支付夹头费用,而非刀具费用。这就是我们保持零起订量的方式。对于六角或键槽棒料等特殊形状,我们也可匹配加工内孔,但交货期预计延长至14天。

此夹头真的没有最低起订量吗?

是的,零起订量。您可以订购1件用于试运行或更换,单价与10件订单相同。我们这样做是因为我们是中国的精密制造工厂,而非贸易公司,我们希望工程师无需承诺大批量即可测试我们的质量。

能否完全匹配我现有的自动车床46型夹头尺寸?

批量100件或以上的质量控制流程是什么?
