52型圆孔夹头如何实现0.005 mm跳动控制

52型指的是主轴鼻端锥度,但跳动控制来自内孔几何形状。我们在5轴CNC车床上通过单次夹紧工序加工圆孔,将内径公差控制在±0.005 mm。弹簧夹头的开槽段采用EDM线切割,确保径向变形均匀。这意味着您送入的每根棒料中心线偏差保持在5微米以内——这对于刀具间隙小于0.02 mm的瑞士型和多主轴自动车床至关重要。

材料选择与热处理,实现500,000次循环寿命

夹头本体我们采用8620合金钢,而非廉价的1045钢。内孔经渗碳处理,渗碳层深度0.8 mm,然后淬硬至58-60 HRC。弹簧指在200°C下回火,以保持弹性而不脆断。卡盘本体采用4140预硬钢,硬度32 HRC,配合面经磨削加工。这种组合可抵抗磨蚀性铝材和不锈钢棒料的磨损,在需要重新磨削前可提供500,000次夹持循环寿命。

内孔精加工与表面完整性

圆孔不仅仅是钻孔——它经过精密镗孔,然后珩磨至0.4 µm Ra。这种镜面光洁度可减少夹头闭合在棒料上时的摩擦,防止软材料发生冷焊。我们还在内孔入口处加工30°倒角,引导棒料平稳进入,避免自动上料时边缘损伤。每个内孔在三个深度位置进行气动量仪检测,验证整个夹持长度内锥度偏差在0.003 mm以内。

每批发货前全检——而非仅提供样品报告

每件夹头卡盘均100%全检,而非批次抽检。我们使用三坐标测量机(CMM)在一次装夹中检测锥角、内孔直径和同心度。跳动测试在车床主轴中使用测试棒进行,而非在台架夹具上完成。我们还进行弹簧力测试:在6 bar气压下闭合夹头10次,确认复位弹簧能将弹簧指带回打开位置而不卡滞。检测报告随货发送至您的邮箱。

与您的自动车床主轴鼻端兼容性

此夹头卡盘适配Citizen、Star、Tsugami和Hanwha的标准52型主轴。锥度磨削至AT3公差(每100 mm 0.005 mm),与主轴鼻端精确匹配。卡盘本体外径60 mm,安装长度45 mm,可直接装入大多数刀架槽位,无需过渡板。如果您的主轴鼻端配置不同,我们可以根据您的图纸加工匹配锥度——将主轴图纸发送给我们,我们将在24小时内确认适配性。

精密制造对棒料送进一致性的重要性

棒料在8,000 RPM转速下的摆动会产生离心力,使夹头弹簧指发生偏转。我们的弹簧设计采用计算得出的指宽(0.8 mm)和槽长(25 mm),以平衡夹持力与离心开启力。这不是凭经验猜测——我们对每种内孔尺寸变化都进行FEA仿真分析。结果是,在8,000 RPM转速下夹持力下降不到5%,保持棒料紧固,您的零件始终在公差范围内。作为参考,典型铸造夹头在该转速下会损失20%的夹持力,这就是您零件上出现振纹的原因。

定制内孔轮廓与特殊开槽配置

圆孔为标准配置,但我们也可加工六角形、方形和带键槽的内孔,用于异形棒料。弹簧槽可切割为更宽的间隙以适配开槽棒料,或采用交替槽深以适配厚壁管材。我们已交付过12槽配置的40 mm六角棒夹头,以及带内部冷却液通道的贯通主轴冷却液夹头。如果您的零件材料直径超过52 mm,我们有65型版本——但52型可覆盖大多数自动车床加工需求。
