每只夹头均由单根20CrMnTi合金钢棒料整体加工而成,而非从管材切割,这确保了弹簧槽段壁厚均匀,夹紧力可预测。这是精密制造,中国制造,但公差控制水平与瑞士工厂相当——而单件成本却低得多。

为什么方形和六角棒料选用三角孔而非圆孔

标准圆形夹头在夹持三角形或方形工件时会发生变形——它们仅在四个点接触,导致工件松动并产生振动。这款夹头的三角孔内部有三个凸瓣,与棒料的棱角相匹配,将夹紧力均匀分布在平面上。

对于25型自动车床,这意味着您可以夹持对边距最大16 mm的六角棒料、最大14 mm的方棒以及最大18 mm的三角棒料。弹簧槽采用数控线切割加工,切缝宽度0.3 mm,因此夹头可在0.5 mm范围内开合,且不会失去原有形状。不同棒料截面无需更换夹头——只需旋转棒料以对准凸瓣即可。

材料选择与热处理:实现60 HRC耐久性

我们采用20CrMnTi(一种渗碳钢)加工夹头本体,该材料兼具坚韧的芯部和耐磨的表层。加工工艺首先在数控车床上车削外圆和内孔,然后铣削三个三角凸瓣,最后通过线切割加工弹簧槽。

加工完成后,我们对夹头进行渗碳处理,渗碳层深度为0.8–1.2 mm,随后进行淬火和回火,最终表面硬度达到58–60 HRC。芯部硬度保持在32–36 HRC,因此夹头可像弹簧一样弹性变形,且在10万次循环后不会开裂。弹簧槽在真空炉中进行去应力处理,以消除线切割加工产生的残余应力——这正是反复夹紧后跳动精度仍能保持在0.005 mm以内的关键。

跳动控制:我们如何在每件产品上保持0.005 mm TIR

跳动精度不是靠运气,而是靠工装夹具。我们将夹头外圆磨削至一根认证跳动精度为0.002 mm的标准芯轴上。然后将夹头安装在该芯轴上,使用与凸瓣轮廓完全匹配的成型砂轮磨削内部三角孔。

每只夹头在磨削后均通过数控三坐标测量机(CMM)进行检测。我们在三个位置测量跳动:前端面、内孔中点和后端锥面。可接受极限为0.005 mm TIR,但我们的实际平均值为0.003 mm。如果您需要更严格的公差,我们可以保证磨削至0.003 mm,但这会增加2天交期,且仅对转速超过8,000 RPM的高速主轴才有必要。

每次发货前的检测:我们测量并报告的内容

您无需仅凭我们的承诺——每笔订单我们都会随附一份数字检测报告。报告包含以下参数的实际测量值:三个深度位置的内孔直径、凸瓣轮廓偏差、弹簧槽宽度、表面渗碳层硬度读数以及三坐标测量机的跳动测量结果。

我们还会在包装前在实车自动车床夹具上进行功能测试。夹头在14 mm六角棒料上夹紧和释放50次,并验证在12 Nm扭矩下棒料不会打滑。任何未通过此测试的夹头将被报废,而非返工。检测报告将在夹头通过最终质检后24小时内通过电子邮件发送给您。

定制非标准棒料截面的三角孔

如果您的棒料不是标准的三角形、方形或六角形,我们可以根据您的确切截面加工内孔。请将工件截面的2D图纸(含尺寸和公差)发送给我们,我们将使用专有的CAM算法生成凸瓣轮廓。

定制内孔采用相同的线切割工艺加工,因此即使采用5凸瓣或7凸瓣轮廓,您仍可保持0.005 mm的跳动精度。定制最小起订量为一件,但交期延长至10个工作日,因为我们需要制造新的成型砂轮。对于标准三角轮廓,我们常备砂轮库存,因此适用7天交期。

需要调整薄壁管材的夹紧力?我们可以加宽弹簧槽或增加一组槽以实现更柔和的夹持。只需指定工件的壁厚,我们将计算槽宽和槽深以防止变形。

这款夹头与液压卡盘或膜片卡盘的对比

液压卡盘可实现0.003 mm跳动精度,但成本高出四倍,且需要在车床上配备液压单元。膜片卡盘重复精度优异,但仅限于圆形棒料。三角孔弹簧夹头是唯一能在非圆形棒料上实现低于0.005 mm跳动精度的选项,且无需任何附加设备——可直接安装在您现有的25型夹头闭合器上。

对于小批量加工六角或方形零件的加工车间,这款夹头约在25次换型后即可收回成本,因为您无需再为每种新棒料尺寸调整四爪卡盘。在整个0.5 mm范围内,夹紧力一致性保持在±5%,与液压卡盘相当,但成本仅为后者的1/4。
