650型圆孔如何实现0.005 mm TIR

650型指用于特定自动车床主轴(常见于Citizen、Star和Tsugami走心式机床)的前端锥度几何形状和螺纹螺距。圆孔在CNC车削后进行磨削,而不仅仅是车削,以消除热变形和刀具痕迹。我们将内孔直径公差控制在+0.005 / -0.000 mm,使弹簧夹头能够围绕工件均匀收缩。卡盘本体在5轴CNC车铣复合中心上一次装夹完成加工,消除了重复装夹误差。这就是为什么我们可以保证鼻端跳动为0.005 mm TIR,并在包装前使用Talyrond 365圆度仪进行验证。

材料选择:为何选用8620合金钢而非12L14

许多廉价夹头卡盘采用12L14易切削钢制造,因为其加工速度快。我们不使用这种材料。650型需要耐磨性和在反复夹持循环下的尺寸稳定性。我们采用AISI 8620渗碳合金钢加工本体。CNC加工后,我们将内孔和螺纹表面渗碳至0.3–0.5 mm的硬化层深度,然后淬硬至58–60 HRC。芯部保持35–40 HRC的韧性,可防止侧向载荷下的开裂。弹簧槽(允许夹头弹性变形的卸荷槽)在热处理后采用线切割加工,而非在热处理前铣削,因此槽口边缘保持锋利且无应力。如果您正在比较材料,在此应用中8620的磨损寿命是12L14的3倍。

消除内孔变形的磨削顺序

热处理总会导致钢材变形。为应对这一问题,我们在淬火后在内孔上预留0.15 mm的余量,在锥面上预留0.10 mm的余量。最终磨削顺序为:(1) 将前端锥度磨削至与母规配合,(2) 使用CBN砂轮将圆孔磨削至尺寸,(3) 再次修磨锥度以校正任何感应变形。这种两步锥度磨削工艺是夹头卡盘保持0.015 mm跳动与0.005 mm跳动之间的区别。我们还将背面磨平至0.002 mm,确保与主轴端面正确贴合。内孔表面粗糙度为Ra 0.4 µm,可减少工件划伤,并允许更高的夹紧扭矩而不会在黄铜或铝等软材料上留下痕迹。

每次发货前的检验:气动量仪和硬度测试

每一件卡盘(而非抽样批次)都经过三项检查。首先,我们使用数字气动量仪(分辨率0.0005 mm)测量圆孔直径,确认+0.005/-0.000公差。其次,我们将卡盘安装在测试心轴上,使用0.001 mm千分表测量鼻端TIR;超过0.005 mm即判定不合格。第三,我们使用洛氏硬度计测试内孔表面硬度;低于58 HRC即判定不合格。我们还使用通止规检查螺纹配合。每次发货均附带一份签署的检验报告,包括实际测量值和TIR读数的照片。

为何此卡盘适用于走心式和走刀式车床

650型最常用于走心式自动车床,其中导套和夹头卡盘协同工作以支撑细长工件。由于圆孔均匀收缩,您可以连续送棒料而不会产生划伤。对于走刀式机床,卡盘的短总长(通常为35 mm)减少了与导套的干涉。如果您加工黄铜、铜或6061铝,Ra 0.4 µm的内孔表面可防止咬合。对于钢制工件,8620淬硬内孔可抵抗磨料氧化皮的磨损。此卡盘也是日本机床制造商生产的旧款650型卡盘的直接替代品——我们的螺纹螺距和锥度角符合原版JIS标准。

定制内孔尺寸和槽几何形状

如果您的工件直径不在标准的0.5 mm递增范围内,我们可以在48小时内将内孔加工至Ø3 mm至Ø42 mm之间的任意尺寸。弹簧槽宽度也可以调整(标准为1.0 mm),以改变夹持力范围。对于薄壁管材,我们可以切割更宽的槽(最大1.6 mm)以减小收缩力并防止压溃。对于淬硬钢棒,我们可以将槽宽减小至0.6 mm以获得更高的夹持刚性。定制内孔尺寸不收取额外费用,仅非标准槽宽收费。请将您的图纸或目标工件外径发送给我们,我们将在一个工作日内确认定制几何形状。我们的精密制造工艺确保定制尺寸与标准尺寸保持相同的0.005 mm跳动。
