为什么圆棒料需要磨削内孔,而非车削内孔

圆棒料并非完美圆形——根据钢厂不同,其自然椭圆度为0.01至0.03毫米。如果您的夹头内孔仅为车削加工,这种椭圆度会直接传递到工件上。我们将内孔磨削至圆度0.003毫米。这意味着夹头实际上能将棒料挤压成更圆的截面,减少振动并改善车削工件的表面质量。对于20毫米的棒料,您会明显看到振纹减少。在精加工工序中,这转化为工件表面粗糙度达到Ra 0.4 µm或更好,无需额外抛光。

我们用于46型夹头的材料与热处理工艺

我们使用两种材料制造此夹头:20CrMnTi用于标准工况,9SiCr用于高磨损应用。20CrMnTi经过渗碳处理,渗碳层深度0.8-1.2毫米,提供坚硬的外壳和坚韧的芯部。9SiCr为整体淬硬,即使棒料带有氧化皮或锈蚀也能保持夹持力。两种材料均在180°C回火以消除内应力——这防止夹头在拉紧拉管时变形。每批产品均使用洛氏硬度计进行硬度验证,而非抽样检测。槽口在热处理后通过线切割加工,确保槽口边缘锋利,在反复夹紧循环中不会剥落。

槽口、后角及其对夹紧力的决定性作用

46型夹头根据您机床拉管的力,设有三个或六个槽口。我们将槽口切割为0.3毫米宽,既足够窄以防止切屑进入,又足够宽以允许夹头均匀收缩。我们还在槽根处增加15°后角。这并非装饰——它减少了应力集中,防止在10万次循环后产生裂纹。对于直径小于10毫米的棒料,夹持表面带有锯齿纹(节距0.2毫米)。锯齿咬入棒料,与光滑内孔相比摩擦力增加30%。对于直径超过10毫米的棒料,我们保持内孔光滑,依靠16°的锥角产生足够的径向力。

每批发货前的检验:跳动、硬度和内孔直径

每只夹头在出厂前都经过三步检验。首先,我们使用气动量仪测量内孔直径——精度为±0.005毫米,并将实际值记录在检测报告中。其次,我们通过将夹头安装在测试夹具中并以3000 RPM旋转来检查跳动。任何超过0.005毫米TIR的工件都会被拒收。第三,我们在内孔圆周的三个点测试硬度。如果任何一点低于58 HRC,该夹头将被报废。每笔订单均附带签署的检验证书。为满足您的ISO 9001审核,我们还可提供来自钢材供应商的材料证书。

与常见自动车床品牌的兼容性及定制内孔

这款46型夹头适用于Citizen、Star、Tsugami和Hanwha机床的标准拉管。外锥角为16°(包含角),螺纹为M30 x 1.5或M36 x 1.5,具体取决于您的主轴。如果您的机床使用不同螺纹,我们可以加工后端以匹配——只需发送您的拉管图纸。对于定制内孔,我们可以以0.1毫米为增量磨削3毫米至46毫米之间的任意直径。我们还提供用于六角或方棒的阶梯内孔,但圆棒料为标准配置。可送料的棒料最大长度取决于您的送料机,而非夹头——我们的夹头不增加任何长度限制。

表面光洁度与润滑:我们如何延长夹头寿命

内孔磨削至Ra 0.2 µm,锥面磨削至Ra 0.4 µm。这种低粗糙度减少了夹头与拉管之间的摩擦,因此您需要更小的夹紧力即可夹持相同的棒料。更小的力意味着夹头枢轴点的磨损更少。我们还在外锥面涂覆一层薄薄的锰磷化涂层。该涂层能保持油膜,即使冷却液为水基时夹头也能顺畅滑动。在干式加工条件下,磷化层充当固体润滑剂。请勿在锥面上使用润滑脂——它会吸附切屑并导致夹头卡滞。如果您加工铝或黄铜,我们可在内孔上涂覆TiN涂层以防止咬合。
