为什么25 mm加长行程会改变您的零件几何形状

我们使用的材料与热处理工艺

我们不使用12L14或1215易切削钢制造夹头。这些材料对于高循环夹持来说太软了。我们的标准材料是42CrMo4(AISI 4140),淬火回火至48-52 HRC。内孔随后珩磨至Ra 0.8 µm,外螺纹采用滚压(而非切削)以保持晶粒流向并防止在反复拧紧扭矩下出现螺纹崩刃。对于腐蚀性环境或冲洗应用,我们提供17-4PH不锈钢版本,硬度为44-48 HRC。两种版本均具有黑色氧化处理表面,在5%盐雾测试中可防锈长达200小时。

如果您正在加工碳纤维或陶瓷等磨蚀性材料,我们可以在夹持表面添加碳化钨涂层。该涂层可将夹头寿命从50,000次循环延长至200,000次循环。只需告知我们您的材料和循环次数即可。

螺纹几何形状与兼容性:M20、M25及定制螺距

每次发货前的检验:我们保证的数据

每个夹头都经过五步检验。首先,我们使用气动量仪检查内孔直径至±0.005 mm。其次,我们在Talyrond圆度仪上测量内孔与螺纹之间的TIR——任何超过0.005 mm的均被拒收。第三,我们使用洛氏硬度计在圆周上三个点检查硬度。第四,我们进行功能测试:夹持一根20 mm磨削棒料,在50 kg径向载荷下测量挠度——必须低于0.01 mm。第五,我们在10倍放大下进行100%目视检查,检查毛刺或边缘崩口。每次发货都会附带一份签署的检验报告,即使是单件订单也不例外。
