腰部槽几何形状对25型夹头的重要性

25型夹头的外径为25 mm,但夹持范围仅为1 mm。腰部槽——位于头部后方经精密铣削的卸荷槽——使夹头能够围绕工件均匀弯曲。如果没有它,会出现夹紧压力不均和振纹。我们在槽根部加工出0.1 mm的圆角,以消除应力集中点。这意味着夹头可承受超过200,000次循环而不开裂,即使在淬硬钢棒料上也是如此。

我们使用的原材料和热处理工艺

我们根据您的应用需求,选用42CrMo4合金钢(AISI 4140等效)或65Mn弹簧钢作为原材料。对于标准夹持应用,42CrMo4经过渗碳处理,渗碳层深度为0.3–0.5 mm,然后淬硬至58–60 HRC。对于高弹性应用,65Mn经过整体淬火和回火处理至50–55 HRC。两种选项均经过深冷处理(-80°C)以稳定材料,防止磨削后尺寸漂移。最终内孔磨削在CNC内圆磨床上进行,冷却液过滤精度达5微米。

腰部槽和内孔的加工公差

内孔磨削公差为+0.002 / +0.005 mm。腰部槽深度公差为±0.01 mm,槽宽公差为±0.005 mm。后锥角(0°30'至1°30')通过激光测量仪对每件产品进行检测。25型夹头外径磨削至h5级精度,这是夹头卡盘的标准等级。内孔表面粗糙度为Ra 0.2 µm,槽壁为Ra 0.4 µm,以减少开合过程中的摩擦。

每次发货前的检验流程

每件夹头均经过100%全检流程。我们使用马波斯(Marposs)测量仪检测内孔跳动,使用轮廓仪检测表面粗糙度。腰部槽通过三坐标测量机(CMM)检测位置和深度。我们会在真实的25型自动车床夹头中,以6,000 RPM转速配合10 mm测试棒对每件夹头进行测试。如果跳动超过0.003 mm,该产品将被返工或报废。您随货将收到数字检测报告——无一例外。

与现有卡盘的配合和兼容性

此夹头符合DIN 6499和ER25夹头卡盘标准,但腰部槽细节为BQUQ专有设计。它适配所有采用1:10锥角的25型夹头卡盘。头部螺纹为M22x1.5,夹头长度为40 mm。如果您使用不同的锥角(例如1:8),我们可以在不改变腰部槽几何形状的情况下调整外锥。只需发送您的卡盘图纸或型号即可。

适用于难加工材料的表面处理和涂层

标准表面处理为发黑氧化处理,防止储存期间生锈。对于不锈钢或钛合金棒料加工,我们提供夹持表面TiN涂层(2–3 µm)。该涂层可降低摩擦并防止材料粘附。对于大批量生产,我们可提供DLC涂层(1 µm),与未涂层零件相比,夹头寿命可延长3倍。涂层不会影响腰部槽公差——我们在涂层后进行测量。

原型和批量生产的价格、起订量和交期

无起订量。我们接受单件原型和10,000件以上的批量订单。原型交期为5天;批量生产交期为7–10天,具体取决于数量和涂层。标准25型腰部槽夹头在100件时的单价为$18–$25,在1,000件时降至$12。对于定制腰部槽几何形状,刀具费用为一次性$150,我们会保留刀具供后续订单使用。
