方孔几何形状如何改善非圆形棒料的夹持力

圆形夹头在夹持方形棒料时会发生变形,导致压力不均和工件滑动。我们的方孔经过精密拉削,与棒料轮廓精确匹配。内孔在热处理后采用线切割加工,确保方形尺寸公差保持在±0.005 mm以内。加长长度(距夹头端面最长60 mm)为长零件提供更多支撑。与标准夹头相比,切削区域的偏转可减少高达30%。

材料选择与热处理确保20年一致性

我们采用20CrMnTi合金钢,而非廉价的45#钢。这种材料在渗碳后具有更好的芯部韧性。毛坯经粗车后,在920°C下渗碳6小时。淬火后,在180°C下回火两次,使表面硬度达到HRC 58-62,同时芯部硬度保持在HRC 35-40。这种组合可防止孔边缘崩刃,并抵抗磨蚀性棒料的磨损。每批次均使用洛氏硬度计测试,而非便携式硬度计。

消除变形的加工顺序

大多数夹头失效是因为热处理导致孔变形。我们通过受控的加工顺序避免这一问题。首先,车削外径和孔,预留0.3 mm余量。然后进行热处理。接着将外径磨削至最终尺寸。最后,用线切割将方孔加工至最终公差。这一顺序确保方孔与外径的同轴度在0.005 mm以内。我们使用蔡司三坐标测量机对每一件夹头进行测量,而非仅抽检。

跳动控制及三点验证方法

跳动不仅仅是数据表上的数字。我们使用千分表在三个位置进行验证:鼻端、中部和后锥面。最大允许TIR为鼻端0.005 mm,后部0.008 mm。我们的实际平均鼻端跳动为0.003 mm。这种精度水平只有在同一装夹中磨削锥面和方孔才能实现。我们还在每件夹头上标记高点位置,以便您在需要时将其定向以获得最小跳动。

每件夹头均经过5步检验。首先,使用精密气动量仪检查外径和锥面。其次,使用校准塞规和光学投影仪验证方孔。第三,在专用测试心轴上测量跳动。第四,对鼻端和孔表面进行硬度测试。第五,在36型自动车床上使用12 mm方形钢棒进行实际切削测试。只有通过全部五个步骤的夹头才会获得盖章的检验报告。每件耗时15分钟,但可防止现场故障。

为什么此夹头在长零件和薄壁加工中表现更佳

标准夹头仅夹持棒料前10-15 mm。对于长度超过30 mm的棒料,这会产生杠杆效应。棒料在切削载荷下发生偏转,导致锥度和振颤。我们的加长鼻端将夹持长度增加至40-60 mm,将夹紧力分散到更大面积。结果是:您可以在单次走刀中加工长径比高达5:1的零件,无需中心架。这对于壁厚小于1 mm的六角形和方形黄铜或铝型材尤其有用。
