我们如何加工25型夹头以牢固夹持圆棒料

我们采用合金钢圆棒料,在一次装夹中完成外径和内径的数控车削。槽型采用线切割而非铣削加工,确保夹头在压缩时均匀弹性变形。淬火后对内孔进行磨削,保证相对于锥度的跳动精度为0.005 mm。每只夹头出厂前均经过研磨标准棒检验。这是精密制造,而非铸造或冲压仿制品。

25型夹头使用的材料与热处理工艺

根据您的棒料材质,我们选用65Mn弹簧钢或20CrMnTi合金钢。65Mn经油淬后硬度可达58-60 HRC。20CrMnTi经渗碳处理,硬化层深度0.8 mm,适用于重载拉料工况。两种材料均经过回火消除脆性。锥面座经氮化处理,降低与螺母的摩擦。您获得的夹头在数千次循环后仍能保持形状。

可供设计参考的跳动与公差数据

25型夹头可夹持直径5 mm至25 mm的圆棒料,以0.5 mm为步进。内孔与外锥之间的同心度控制在0.005 mm以内。夹持内孔公差为H8,即20 mm棒料最大间隙为0.033 mm。内孔表面粗糙度Ra 0.4,不会划伤软黄铜或铝材。这些数据均经蔡司三坐标测量机验证,绝非估算。

每批夹头发货前的检验流程

每只夹头均使用气动量仪进行100%尺寸检测。我们测量内孔直径、锥角及槽宽。跳动在专用主轴上用千分表于鼻端5 mm处检测。硬度按批次使用洛氏硬度计抽样检测。检测报告可追溯保存3年。任何一项检测不合格的夹头一律报废,绝不装箱发货。

圆棒料夹持的槽型设计与夹紧力

我们以120°间隔切割三条槽,在尾部保留薄铰链连接。该设计使夹头均匀闭合而不产生扭曲。槽宽0.4 mm,足够窄以防止切屑卡入。槽不切穿,因此夹头不会过度压缩而损伤您的棒料。夹紧力在每次循环间的重复精度为±3%以内。

为何此夹头优于弹簧夹头或ER型夹头

25型夹头沿棒料全长夹持,而非仅夹持鼻端。这可在切断和钻孔过程中减少振动。ER夹头设计用于刀具夹持而非拉料,在轴向载荷下磨损更快。我们的夹头具有硬化锥面,直接与主轴鼻端配合,无需额外转接套。您可节省主轴长度并减少跳动累积误差。
