导向衬套如何在高转速下消除颤振

颤振会破坏表面光洁度并缩短刀具寿命。该组件在颤振发生前就将其阻止。导向衬套具有与ER夹头几何形状匹配的内锥度,因此夹头的夹紧力沿棒料整个圆周均匀分布。无点载荷,无椭圆变形。棒料组件的外径经过磨削,与衬套内孔的同轴度达0.005毫米。这意味着棒料在真实轴线上旋转——而非摆动。在我们对304不锈钢的测试切削中,在0.15毫米/转进给量下测得Ra 0.4 µm的表面光洁度。使用松动的衬套无法获得这一结果。

我们使用的材料与热处理工艺

我们根据您的棒料直径和工况周期,选用8620渗碳钢或4140预硬钢作为原材料。对于高磨损应用(超过100,000次循环),我们指定8620钢并进行渗碳处理,硬度达60–62 HRC,渗碳深度0.8–1.2毫米。对于批量较小的生产,4140钢整体淬硬至45–50 HRC即可满足要求,且成本更低。我们还提供硬质合金衬套镶件选项,适用于Inconel或钛合金等磨蚀性材料。每个零件在热处理后均经过深冷处理以稳定微观组织——这可以防止随时间推移的尺寸漂移。我们见过竞争对手的衬套在50,000次循环后同轴度损失0.01毫米。而我们的产品在200,000次循环内仍保持在规格范围内。

每次发货前的检验

每个组件都经过100%尺寸检验——绝不抽样。我们使用蔡司三坐标测量机检测内孔直径、锥角和同轴度。使用三丰SJ-210粗糙度仪检测表面光洁度。我们还在车床夹具上对组装好的单元进行测试,以5000 RPM转速旋转,用激光传感器验证跳动。任何零件不合格,都不会发货。我们随每份订单附上完整的检验报告——包括实际测量值,而不仅仅是合格/不合格结论。这是我们的标准流程,而非增值服务。

为什么棒料直径公差比您想象的更重要

您的棒料并非完美圆形。来自钢厂的原材根据供应商不同,椭圆度在0.02–0.05毫米之间。如果您的导向衬套是刚性的,这种椭圆度会被强制传递到夹头,进而传递到切削刀具上。结果是零件出现相同程度的圆度偏差。我们的衬套内孔在名义棒料直径上加工出0.008–0.012毫米的受控间隙。该间隙允许棒料自由旋转而不传递椭圆度,同时仍提供抗偏斜支撑。即使使用质量一般的棒料,您也能获得圆度合格的零件。我们通过并排对比测试记录了这一点——使用我们的衬套,圆度为0.008毫米;使用竞争对手的刚性衬套,在相同棒料上圆度为0.031毫米。

非标棒料尺寸和锥度的定制选项

何时需要该组件而非标准夹头
