后螺纹设计如何消除刀架振颤

后螺纹并非装饰。它是一个精密加工的M22x1.5或M25x1.5螺纹(取决于您的36型 spindle 规格),直接与拉管啮合。当您从后方拧紧夹头时,夹持力沿锥度全长均匀分布。这种轴向拉力消除了前锁紧夹头常见的径向间隙。在我们对 Citizen L20 的测试中,后螺纹夹头在6000 RPM转速、0.8mm切深条件下夹持12mm圆棒,偏转量仅为0.003mm。与同一机床上标准ER夹头相比,振颤频率降低了40%。

可承受1,000,000次循环的材料与热处理工艺

我们采用20CrMnTi渗碳钢,而非廉价的45#碳钢。毛坯经CNC车削成36型轮廓,然后在专用螺纹铣床上切削后螺纹。之后,夹头在920°C下进行渗碳处理,随后油淬并双重回火。渗碳层深度为0.8-1.2mm,芯部保持35-40 HRC的韧性,使夹头能够弹性回弹而不开裂。夹持表面最终硬度为58-62 HRC,每件均使用洛氏硬度计检测。我们已在测试 spindles 上对这些夹头进行了1,000,000次开合循环测试,夹持力无任何损失。

夹持范围与槽型几何:为什么0.5mm至关重要

36型夹头覆盖3mm至20mm的夹持范围,以0.5mm为增量。总计35种规格。每种规格均采用三槽设计,槽宽0.3mm,槽根处有15°后角。为什么采用0.5mm步进?因为更大的范围(例如1mm步进)会导致夹头在夹持较小棒料时被迫不均匀压缩,从而产生椭圆度。采用0.5mm步进,夹头在整个范围内可保持在其自然圆度0.01mm以内。这是那些仅标注“3-20mm”范围却不指明步进量的普通进口夹头无法做到的。

对于后螺纹特写,我们还在螺纹入口处增加了0.2mm倒角,防止夹头拧入拉管时发生乱扣。这是一个小细节,但每次换刀可为您节省15分钟的装夹时间。

每批发货前检测:CMM与气动量仪数据

每只夹头均经过全检,而非抽检。我们使用蔡司CMM检测锥角(30°包含角,公差±0.002°)和螺纹中径(6H公差范围内)。夹持内孔使用精度为0.001mm的气动量仪测量,并在测试心轴上记录实际TIR值。每批货物均附带一份签署的检测报告,包括序列号和实测跳动值。若TIR超过0.005mm,该夹头即被报废,绝不发货。这就是该产品退货率低于0.1%的原因。

表面光洁度:内孔Ra 0.4µm,锥面Ra 0.8µm,无抛光痕迹

夹持内孔在淬火后进行珩磨,达到Ra 0.4µm。这种光滑表面使夹头能够夹持薄壁管材(壁厚低至0.5mm)而不致压溃。锥面磨削至Ra 0.8µm,降低了夹头与 spindle 鼻端之间的摩擦,因此只需减少20%的拉管力即可达到相同的夹持压力。我们不进行手工抛光。所有表面均在CNC机床上磨削或珩磨,因此不存在可能导致高速 spindle 上微熔焊或咬合的不均匀点。
