为何15型几何结构专为小圆棒料设计

15型夹头采用15度锥形座和单槽泄压切口,这是针对15 mm以下圆棒料的最佳几何结构。与使用多槽的ER夹头不同,此设计在夹持长度的80%以上保持连续的圆柱形夹持。该接触面积可防止重切削时棒料后退。内孔经过珩磨至0.4 µm Ra表面粗糙度,因此棒料可自由滑入,但锁定时不损伤材料表面。对于不锈钢或预硬棒料,边缘倒角为0.1 mm x 45°,可减少夹持线处的缺口应力。

我们用于100K+循环的材料和热处理工艺

我们使用8620渗碳钢加工每个夹头,而非廉价的1045钢。CNC车削和槽铣削后,我们在925°C下渗碳4小时,以达到0.8-1.0 mm的硬化层深度。芯部保持32-36 HRC的韧性,而表面达到58-60 HRC。然后,我们在-75°C下深冷处理2小时,以消除残余奥氏体。这可以防止槽在反复夹紧后张开。最终外径磨削在Studer外圆磨床上完成,将锥度在30 mm座长上保持在0.003 mm以内。

跳动控制:我们如何在锥度上保持0.005 mm TIR

夹头的跳动不在于内孔,而在于与主轴配合的锥度。我们在配备静压主轴的CNC磨床上一次装夹磨削15度锥度和内孔,从而消除任何重复装夹误差。然后,每个夹头被组装到测试夹具中,并在距鼻端5 mm处用千分表检查。如果TIR超过0.005 mm,则予以拒收。我们自身QC可接受的最大值为0.003 mm,因此您收到的零件始终优于规格。相比之下,标准DIN 6499夹头允许0.015 mm的跳动。

每次发货前的检验:非抽样计划

我们不使用AQL抽样。每个夹头在包装前均经过单独检验。检验项目包括:通过气动量规检测锥角(公差±30角秒)、通过通止规检测内孔直径、通过三爪测试夹具检测跳动、通过洛氏C硬度计检测硬度。此外,我们对每批进行100次循环负载测试,以验证槽的恢复能力。检验报告随货附上,显示每个夹头的实际测量值。如果您需要材料证书,每个炉号均可提供。

非标棒料直径的定制内孔尺寸

如果您的棒料直径为3.175 mm、6.35 mm或12.7 mm,我们可以将内孔加工至您的精确直径,而无需更改15型锥度。定制内孔以相同的0.005 mm跳动和0.4 µm Ra表面粗糙度进行磨削。唯一区别是图纸上的内孔尺寸。如果您在自动车床上使用贯穿冷却液,我们还可以在后端面添加冷却液孔。此修改会增加2天的交期。请将您的棒料外径和公差发送给我们,我们将在24小时内确认内孔尺寸。
