我们使用的材料与热处理

我们使用AISI 4140铬钼钢作为基材。它兼具弹簧夹头所需的淬透性和韧性。热处理工艺为:850°C奥氏体化30分钟,油淬,然后在180°C和220°C进行两次回火。最终硬度为洛氏C标尺HRC 58-60,在磨削后于外径表面测量。芯部硬度保持在HRC 45-48,防止夹头弯曲时发生脆性断裂。

热处理后,我们磨削外径锥面和内孔。内孔不进行磨削,而是线切割后研磨。这避免了内孔与槽之间薄壁区域的磨削烧伤。内孔表面光洁度为Ra 0.2 µm;锥面为Ra 0.4 µm。我们不施加任何涂层。涂层会改变夹头与棒料之间的摩擦系数,影响夹紧力一致性。如果您需要用于铸铁等磨蚀性材料的渗氮版本,我们可以增加气体渗氮工序,将表面硬度提升至HV 900,但这会增加4天交货期。

每次发货前的检验

每件夹头均经过5点检验流程。首先,我们使用气动量仪在距鼻端5毫米、40毫米和75毫米三个深度测量内孔尺寸。方孔按对边测量,公差为+0.013毫米 / -0.000毫米。其次,我们使用正弦规和千分表检查锥角,在相隔180°的两个位置读数。第三,我们将夹头安装在精密测试心轴上,以200 RPM旋转检查跳动;TIR必须小于0.005毫米。第四,我们使用便携式洛氏硬度计在外径上验证硬度,并将数值记录在检验证书上。第五,我们进行功能测试:夹持一根12毫米方磨光棒,施加500 N轴向拉力,确认棒料不移动。结果记录在随订单发货的批次追溯表中。

我们还提供符合EN 10204 3.1的材料证书,显示炉号和化学成分。如果您的质量体系要求PPAP Level 3,我们可以提供,需额外5个工作日。

标准尺寸与定制内孔选项

我们备有以下方孔尺寸的毛坯:6毫米、8毫米、10毫米、12毫米、14毫米、16毫米、20毫米和25毫米。其中12毫米和16毫米最常用于汽车气门导管加工。对于此范围之外的尺寸,我们使用线切割按您的图纸加工内孔。最小定制方孔为4毫米;最大为30毫米。我们还可生产六角孔(适用于8毫米、10毫米、12毫米六角棒)以及宽高比最大为2:1的矩形孔。槽位可移至图纸上指定的任何角部,这在需要将槽避开关键表面时非常有用。定制内孔无最小起订量——如果您需要一件用于原型测试,我们也会生产。

适用于此夹头的切削参数

对于12L14易切削钢,以4,500 RPM转速、0.15毫米/转进给量和最大2.5毫米切深运行。对于304不锈钢,将转速降至3,200 RPM,进给量降至0.10毫米/转。对于6061铝材,可使用6,000 RPM和0.20毫米/转。夹紧力足以承受夹头鼻端最大45 N·m的切削扭矩。如果超过此值,棒料将滑动。您可使用数控刀具选择指南中的公式估算您材料和直径的扭矩极限——该指南解释了刀具几何形状和切屑载荷如何影响工件夹持上的反作用扭矩。

冷却液通过内孔流动。方孔没有内部冷却通道,但槽提供了冷却液到达切削区的自然路径。使用水溶性冷却液,浓度为6-8%。请勿使用油基冷却液;它会降低夹头与棒料之间的摩擦,使夹紧力降低最多15%。
