我们在东莞工厂从原材料开始全程制造这款夹头——棒料进厂,成品夹头出厂。无外包,无中间商。标准尺寸的交货期通常为7–10个工作日,六角孔宽度公差控制在±0.005 mm。如果您加工六角螺栓、阀杆或方驱轴,这款夹头可省去定制软爪的需求,每次换型可减少约30%的装夹时间。

六角孔几何设计如何防止工件打滑

六角孔并非简单的钻孔。我们在CNC车削后通过拉削加工内部六角形状,在六个面上形成平坦接触点。这样能均匀分布夹紧压力,不同于圆形夹头夹持六角零件——后者仅接触棱角,且容易使薄壁六角管变形。加长鼻端比标准36型夹头多出15 mm的夹持长度,即使长零件伸出3倍直径,仍能保持刚性。

例如,如果您向自动车床送进12 mm六角黄铜棒,在重切削时标准夹头可能产生0.02 mm的径向偏移。我们的加长六角孔在4,000 RPM下可将偏移控制在0.008 mm以内。这就是车削直径保持在±0.01 mm与每加工50个零件就要追补公差漂移之间的区别。

材料与热处理:实现48–52 HRC硬度

我们选用20CrMnTi(渗碳钢)或42CrMo(调质合金钢)作为原材料。标准订单使用20CrMnTi,渗碳层深度0.8–1.2 mm,然后硬化至48–52 HRC。芯部保持30–35 HRC的韧性,可在夹头闭合于不圆棒料时吸收冲击。对于不锈钢或钛合金六角等磨蚀性材料,我们推荐42CrMo选项并进行氮化处理——表面硬度可达58 HRC,且孔内抗咬合性能优异。

每只夹头在粗加工后、精磨前均经过去应力处理,防止热处理过程中变形。六角孔采用CBN砂轮磨削而非简单铰孔,以确保0.005 mm的TIR。外体表面标配黑色氧化处理以增强耐腐蚀性——这是标准配置,非附加销售。如需贯通冷却液选项,我们可增加两个2 mm径向孔,不影响六角几何形状。

每批出货前检测:TIR、硬度与孔型轮廓

没有夹头会在未附完整尺寸报告的情况下出厂。我们使用蔡司三坐标测量机检测六角孔宽度、平行度及与外锥面的同心度。TIR在两个位置测量:距鼻端5 mm和20 mm处,使用精度为0.001 mm的检测芯棒。硬度在鼻端面用洛氏硬度计验证——而非本体,因为鼻端磨损最严重。

六角孔表面粗糙度用轮廓仪测量,Ra值记录在检验证书上。每批次还进行100次循环夹持测试:以最大夹紧力装夹和卸载六角量规棒,然后重新检查TIR。若TIR偏移超过0.002 mm,该批次报废。您获得的是实际数据,而非笼统的"QC合格"印章。

可以,我们可加工对边3 mm至25 mm之间的任意六角尺寸,但6 mm以下的非标尺寸因刀具挠度增加,TIR规格收紧至0.008 mm。

500件批次的质检流程是怎样的?

首件在三坐标测量机上全检,然后每第10件检查TIR和硬度,最后对全部500件进行外观和尺寸终检——您将收到附有每个独立序列号的批次报告。
