为什么方孔优于圆孔来夹持您的棒料

如果您将方形、六角形或矩形棒料送入自动车床,圆形夹头孔径会使材料变形或无法均匀夹持。我们的方孔弹簧夹头与棒料几何形状完全匹配,将夹紧力分布在四个平面上。这消除了高速加工过程中的扭转,并防止工件在卡盘中旋转。结果是平面、槽和钻孔的加工一致性,无需重新夹紧或产生废品。

32型轮廓如何适配您的主轴和拉管

“32型”指的是夹头主体直径为32 mm,这是许多Citizen、Star和Tsugami自动车床的标准接口。头部直径为32 mm,螺纹为M30 x 1.5,总长度为80 mm。该轮廓与夹头座和拉管回拉机构匹配,因此您可以在不修改机床的情况下更换现有夹头。如果您的 spindle 使用专用回拉设计,我们还可以将后端加工为定制锥度或螺纹。

材料选择与热处理,确保100,000次以上循环寿命

我们根据您的棒料硬度和夹紧力需求,选用65Mn弹簧钢或42CrMo合金钢。对于标准应用,65Mn提供优异的弹性和疲劳强度,而42CrMo则适用于需要更高耐磨性的材料,如黄铜或铝。数控加工后,每个夹头经过真空热处理至58–60 HRC,随后进行深冷处理以稳定微观组织。这防止了数千次开合循环后弹簧力松弛或损失。

开槽图案:我们如何控制弹簧刚度和夹紧力

夹紧力由夹头主体上加工的槽宽、槽深和槽数决定。对于32型方孔,我们使用三条以120度间隔切割的槽,每条宽1.2 mm,从前端面延伸45 mm。该图案在孔径处提供0.3 mm的平衡径向变形。我们根据您特定的拉管拉力(通常为3–5 kN)计算弹簧刚度,使夹头在启动时闭合0.1–0.2 mm。这种精度是保持您加工零件公差在±0.01 mm以内的关键。

孔径和锥度上的表面光洁度与润滑保持

内部方孔经过研磨,表面光洁度达到Ra 0.4 µm,减少了夹头与棒料之间的摩擦,防止较软材料上出现咬合。前端的30度锥度经过研磨至Ra 0.2 µm,确保与主轴鼻端完美密封。我们还在孔径表面微蚀刻二硫化钼涂层。该涂层将润滑剂保留在微观凹坑中,减少热量积聚并延长车床刀具寿命。对于6,000 RPM以上的高速操作,这对于避免过早磨损至关重要。

我们绝不盲目发货。每个夹头在包装前均经过蔡司三坐标测量机和定制通止规检测。您将收到一份尺寸报告,包括孔径尺寸(±0.005 mm)、同心度(0.005 mm TIR)以及主体三个点的硬度测试结果。我们还进行回弹测试,在10,000次模拟循环后测量内径,确认夹头恢复到原始孔径的0.01 mm以内。如果任何参数超出规格,该夹头将被报废,而非返工。

面向北美和欧洲出口的包装与运输详情
