为何自动车床36型选择六角孔而非圆孔

标准圆形夹头会将六角棒料挤压成近似圆形,导致前两个平面出现振纹和尺寸漂移。我们的六角孔与棒料几何形状完全匹配(120°内角,尖角最大圆角半径0.1 mm),使夹持力均匀分布到全部六个平面。在相同夹紧压力下,扭矩传递比圆孔提高30%,且弹簧夹头设计(线切割开槽,而非铣削)使孔径向闭合时不会扭曲工件。我们使用CNC车床上的成型刀具加工六角腔体,然后将孔磨削至H6公差——这就是即使在20,000次开合循环后跳动仍保持在0.005 mm以内的原因。

36型本体采用的材料与热处理工艺

夹头本体采用8620合金钢(渗碳处理)或9Cr18不锈钢(适用于腐蚀性切削液环境)加工而成,两种材料均采购自认证的中国钢厂。经过CNC车削和铣削后,我们进行真空热处理至58–60 HRC(芯部)和62–64 HRC(渗碳层深度0.4–0.6 mm)。弹簧槽在淬火后而非淬火前切割,以防止变形。随后将外圆磨削至h7,锥度磨削至AT3(优于DIN 6499标准),六角孔磨削至H6。所有夹持表面粗糙度达到Ra 0.2 µm或更优。我们还提供TiN涂层选项(厚度2–3 µm),适用于303不锈钢或钛合金等磨蚀性材料——该涂层可使夹头在这些加工中的使用寿命延长三倍。

夹持力与重复精度:可供设计参考的数值

每件夹头均经过12项检验,而非抽样检验。我们使用气动量仪(分辨率0.0005 mm)测量六角孔尺寸,使用0.001 mm千分表在精密心轴上测量TIR,并使用洛氏硬度计分别测试渗碳层和芯部硬度。每件产品均带有序列号和打印的检验报告——您将看到实际跳动量、孔径尺寸和硬度数据,而非批次平均值。我们还进行100%功能测试:将夹头安装在测试拉管上,夹持六角棒料并循环10次以确认释放和夹紧功能。任何TIR超过0.005 mm的产品将被报废,绝不会进入发货包装。
