为什么需要32型夹头用于六角棒料

我们制造这款夹头只有一个目的:夹持六角棒料而不损伤其表面。锥形外锥面匹配标准32型自动车床主轴。内孔采用拉削工艺加工成精确的六角几何形状,而非钻圆孔后留松。每个夹持段均匀闭合,因为我们在热处理后而非热处理前进行线切割开槽。这一工序顺序确保了六个平面上的夹持力保持平衡。

六角内孔如何拉削和精加工

六角内孔首先钻成圆孔,然后使用带六个切削刃的定制拉刀拉削成六角轮廓。拉刀每行程去除0.15 mm材料。拉削后,我们对平面进行珩磨,使表面粗糙度达到Ra 0.4 µm。这不是车削六角。车削六角带有圆角,会压伤棒料。拉削六角具有尖锐的内角,并带有受控的0.1 mm圆角半径,与棒料实际角半径匹配。您可在所有六个平面上获得完全接触,而不仅仅是两三个点。

对于4 mm至10 mm对边距的标准六角尺寸,我们将拉刀公差保持在H7。这意味着内孔相对名义尺寸超差0至+0.012 mm。如果您使用的六角棒料带有正公差,夹头仍能完全闭合,因为开槽允许0.3 mm的径向压缩量。对于尺寸偏小的棒料,夹头仍能夹持,因为在40 bar液压压力下闭合力为4.2 kN。

材料选择与热处理顺序

我们使用8620合金钢制造这款夹头。为什么选择8620?因为它渗碳清洁,能形成硬表层和韧性芯部。渗碳层深度最小为0.8 mm。芯部硬度保持在30–35 HRC,可防止夹头开合弯曲时发生脆性断裂。夹持表面硬度为58–62 HRC。该表面硬度可抵抗与六角棒料(通常为4140或1215钢)的磨损咬合。

热处理顺序精确。首先,在925°C下渗碳6小时。然后在60°C油中淬火。接着在180°C回火2小时。回火后,磨削外锥面和背面。磨削使外锥面达到30分钟角度公差。背面磨削至0.003 mm平面度以内,以确保与拉管平稳贴合。最后,线切割三个膨胀槽。槽宽0.6 mm,切穿硬化层,在背面留下1.5 mm实心铰链。

我们不对此夹头进行氮化处理。氮化会增加表面硬度,但会形成薄而脆的层,在槽边缘易崩裂。渗碳提供更深的硬化层,能承受弯曲而不剥落。如果您需要针对高硅铝6061等磨蚀性材料提高耐磨性,我们可以根据要求添加TiCN涂层。该涂层会增加0.003 mm的内孔尺寸,因此我们会相应调整拉刀尺寸。

32型刀柄上的实测跳动和TIR

我们使用带磨削测试棒的32型刀柄测试每只夹头。测试棒长50 mm,硬度为60 HRC,圆度磨削至0.002 mm。我们将测试棒装入夹头,用校准扭矩扳手以60 N·m扭矩闭合,并在三个点测量TIR:距鼻端10 mm、25 mm和40 mm处。我们允许的最大TIR为10 mm处0.005 mm、25 mm处0.008 mm、40 mm处0.012 mm。即每10 mm 0.005 mm的锥度率。这优于ISO 15488夹头0.010 mm的标准。

跳动来自两个来源:夹头自身的同心度和刀柄的锥度配合。我们在CNC内圆磨床上以同一装夹方式磨削外锥面和内六角孔。这种单次装夹消除了重新装夹引起的误差。结果是锥面与六角孔之间的同心度在0.003 mm以内。当您将此夹头安装到清洁的刀柄中时,总跳动主要由刀柄状况决定,而非夹头本身。

每次发货前的检验

每只夹头都经过全面检验,而非抽样检验。我们使用正弦规和量块测量外锥面角度。角度必须在标称30度的±1分以内。我们使用带六个弹簧接触点的专用塞规测量六角孔。该量规读取三个深度(前、中、后)的对边距。读数必须在H7公差带内。我们将测试棒的TIR值记录并打印在检验证书上。

我们还使用销规检查槽宽。槽宽必须为0.6 mm +0.05/-0.00。如果槽过窄,夹头无法完全闭合。如果过宽,夹头会失去刚性。我们使用平板和千分表检查背面平面度。平面度必须在0.003 mm以内。最后,我们涂上轻质防锈油,并用VCI防锈纸包裹每只夹头。检验证书包括批次号、热处理炉号和链接至完整尺寸报告的二维码。

交货期、最小起订量及如何订购定制六角尺寸

标准尺寸(4、5、6、7、8、10 mm对边距)15天发货。无最小起订量。您可订购一件用于试制。定制六角尺寸(11、12、14、16 mm)需20天,因为我们需要采购定制拉刀。拉刀成本为$180,归您所有。我们将拉刀成本包含在首次订单的夹头价格中。之后,补货使用同一拉刀,因此价格降低15%。我们还制造公制和英制六角尺寸。对于英制尺寸,我们使用相同的H7公差转换为英寸,约为+0.0005英寸。

六角棒料的最大进给速度是多少?

此夹头在平衡夹持下额定棒料进给速度最高可达12,000 RPM。限制因素不是夹头强度,而是棒料的直线度。如果您的六角棒料矫直至每米0.1 mm,您可以全速运行。如果棒料弯曲度为每米0.3 mm,请将速度降至8,000 RPM以避免振动。夹头的槽设计是对称的,因此不会产生振动节点。我们已在32型主轴上使用6 mm六角棒料以10,000 RPM进行了测试。棒料尖端的TIR为0.015 mm,这对于六角螺栓预成型件是可接受的。
