15-18-20-22小型系列如何实现无痕夹持工件

该系列每个夹头采用淬硬钢体,配以精密磨削槽型。槽以15°螺旋角切割,使卡爪能均匀闭合于棒料周围。此设计将夹紧力分布在360°接触面上,而非仅三点。这正是即使在夹持轻微不圆的棒料时也能实现0.005 mm跳动的原因。内孔经珩磨形成6点接触模式,避免廉价夹头在500次循环后出现的典型“喇叭口”变形。

我们还在每个尺寸(15、18、20、22)的前缘添加微倒角,引导棒料顺畅进入夹头而不卡滞。这可将自动车床的装载时间缩短约每循环0.3秒。在10,000件批量中,可节省50分钟机器时间。

我们采用的材料与热处理工艺,确保长寿命

夹头体采用8620合金钢(渗碳级)制造。CNC加工槽和内孔后,进行渗碳处理,渗碳层深度0.5–0.8 mm。这使表面硬度达到58–60 HRC,同时芯部保持35–40 HRC以确保韧性。结果是:夹头在夹持后能回弹至原始形状,即使经过100,000次以上循环。我们不采用整体淬火,因为那会使夹头变脆,易在槽根处开裂。

对于夹持表面,我们施加氮化钛(TiN)涂层——厚度2–3 µm。这将钢的摩擦系数降至0.4,工件在重切削下不会滑动。同时,在加工不锈钢或铝棒时,可抵抗咬合。涂层在热处理后施加,因此不会损失任何硬度。每个夹头随后在槽边缘进行单独去毛刺和抛光,以去除导致过早磨损的微裂纹。

每次发货前检验:我们测量什么及原因

15-18-20-22小型系列中的每个夹头在我们的计量实验室通过12项检验。我们使用校准销规检查内孔直径,公差为+0.005 / -0.000 mm。跳动在距鼻端300 mm处的精密主轴上测量,使用0.001 mm分辨率千分表。我们还使用光学比较仪验证槽宽,确保卡爪对称闭合。

每批硬度使用洛氏硬度计抽检——任何低于57 HRC的零件均被拒收。表面光洁度使用轮廓仪在夹持内孔上测量;Ra 0.4 µm为限值,但我们通常达到0.3 µm。最后,我们对每个生产批次的样品夹头进行拉力测试:夹持20 mm测试棒并施加500 N轴向力。如果棒料移动超过0.01 mm,整批返工。这就是我们能提供0.005 mm跳动保证而非仅“典型”值的原因。

订购前,请检查您的主轴鼻端类型和拉杆螺纹。15-18-20-22小型系列适配标准1:10锥度ER夹头卡盘,但我们也可为特殊主轴提供直柄版本。使用千分尺测量您的棒料直径——夹头应在标称尺寸的0.5 mm范围内。例如,20 mm夹头用于19.5–20.5 mm棒料。如果您的棒料不圆度超过0.02 mm,15°螺旋槽设计仍能夹持,但跳动可能略有增加至0.008 mm。
