为什么630型几何形状对圆棒料至关重要

630型夹头采用单一锥形外锥面和圆孔,而非六角形或方形孔。这种圆孔沿360度圆周与工件完全接触,消除了带有开槽卸荷槽的弹簧夹头常见的三点压力痕迹。对于棒料送料,630系列保持同心度,因为槽以15度螺旋角切割,允许均匀径向压缩而不使孔变形。我们将锥度加工为30分包含角,与大多数日本和欧洲自动车床(Citizen、Star、Tsugami、Tornos)的主轴鼻端匹配。

钢材选择与热处理工艺顺序

我们根据您的批量大小和耐磨要求,选用GCr15(相当于AISI 52100)或65Mn弹簧钢。GCr15在10万次循环后具有更高的硬度保持性;65Mn则为薄壁管提供更好的弹性恢复。孔在热处理后进行磨削,而非之前。这一顺序至关重要:我们先硬化至60 HRC,然后用CBN砂轮在CNC内圆磨床上磨削孔和锥面。孔最终表面粗糙度为Ra 0.2 µm,可减少摩擦并防止软铝或黄铜棒料出现咬粘现象。

硬度、跳动和表面粗糙度——实测而非宣称

每只夹头均在三丰三坐标测量机上检测锥角和孔径。我们通过将夹头安装在精密测试夹具中并配以10毫米磨削销,然后在V形块上旋转组件来测量跳动。任何超过0.005毫米TIR的产品均被拒收。硬度在洛氏C标尺上沿孔周三点检测:前、中、后。我们不做抽检,而是100%全检。下表显示了标准订单的预期参数。

槽采用线切割加工,而非铣削

大多数夹头制造商在铣床上切割卸荷槽,这会在槽边缘留下毛刺和微裂纹。我们在热处理后使用线切割加工所有槽。这使重铸层小于0.01毫米,槽边缘圆角为0.05毫米。结果是夹头均匀弹性变形,无应力集中点。在8000 RPM或以上高速主轴运行时,您将获得更长的使用寿命。如果您加工薄壁管材,请选择我们的65Mn版本,其槽口更宽——可更轻柔地夹持精密零件。

每次发货前检验——5点检查

我们不会在没有最终检验报告的情况下发货。每只夹头均经过5点检查:(1)用正弦规测量锥角,(2)用孔径规验证孔径至±0.002毫米,(3)用10毫米标准销进行跳动测试,(4)洛氏C标尺硬度读数,(5)5倍放大镜下目视检查表面裂纹或磨削烧伤。您随货收到报告的电子副本。如果您需要带炉批号追溯的完整材质证书,我们免费提供——只需在采购订单上注明即可。

如何将夹头与您的主轴鼻端匹配

630型夹头并非通用型。拉管上的锥角和螺纹螺距必须与您的机床匹配。下单前,请测量拉管螺纹螺距(公制或英制)以及现有夹头的锥角。我们将后部螺纹加工为您指定的任何螺距——从M16x1.5到1/2"-20。我们还提供2毫米或3毫米垫片,用于夹持预加工零件而不损伤表面。如果您不确定,请将当前夹头和主轴鼻端图纸的照片发送给我们。我们将在24小时内告知您是否可以匹配。

原材料采购与可追溯性
