ER夹头卡盘如何实现无跳动夹持刀具

夹头主体由单块20CrMnTi合金钢坯料加工而成,然后进行渗碳和淬硬处理。8槽设计在扳手扭矩作用下均匀收缩,使内孔与主轴轴线保持同心。我们将内孔磨削至0.005 mm公差带,这意味着您的钻头、立铣刀或车刀在连续100次换刀中重复精度在5微米以内。扳手组与夹头螺母扭矩规格匹配(ER32通常为70-90 Nm),确保不会因过度拧紧而变形夹持区。

我们使用的材料与热处理工艺

夹头主体采用20CrMnTi材料——渗碳后具有坚韧的芯部(HRC 35-40)和坚硬的外壳(HRC 58-62)。扳手采用40Cr钢,经淬火和回火处理至HRC 45-50。夹头螺母上的配合螺纹采用滚压而非切削加工,以避免应力集中。每批次均在洛氏硬度计上进行硬度测试,任何低于HRC 58的零件均被拒收。这是精密制造,而非冲压——所有零件均在我们8,000平方米的东莞工厂内通过CNC加工完成。

扳手组设计:为何至关重要

两件式扳手组(一个固定钩扳手,一个销式扳手)采用激光切割后CNC加工,确保与夹头螺母精确配合。钩端带有15°倒角,可嵌入螺母槽内而不划伤表面。销式扳手的销钉淬硬至HRC 50,直径磨削至±0.02 mm,确保与螺母孔紧密配合无间隙。这不是普通的工具箱扳手——这是一件精密工具,可在多年使用中保护夹头的跳动精度。

每次发货前的检验

每个夹头均在三丰CMM上100%检测内孔直径、锥角和槽宽。跳动通过测试心轴上的千分表验证——我们在检验报告中记录实际数值,而非仅标注合格/不合格。表面粗糙度使用轮廓仪检测;我们保证夹持孔Ra 0.4 µm,锥面Ra 0.8 µm。扳手组与标准夹头螺母进行尺寸比对检验。每份订单均附有签署的检验证书,无论是一套还是500套。

CNC加工公差与表面粗糙度规格

锥角磨削至AT3级(优于AT4),符合ER夹头的ISO标准。内孔公差为+0.005 / -0.000 mm。外径公差控制在±0.01 mm。我们使用0.3 mm线切割加工槽,确保边缘无毛刺。扳手组的工作表面磨削至±0.02 mm。这些数值并非理论值——而是我们每批生产实际达到的精度,并由内部QC实验室验证。

东莞工厂的包装与运输

每个夹头均单独包裹防锈纸,然后放入带扳手组的配套塑料盒中。盒子内衬泡沫,防止运输过程中的冲击损坏。我们通过DHL、FedEx或UPS发货——门到门3-5天送达美国、欧盟或东南亚。50套以上订单采用托盘空运,使用符合ISPM-15标准的木箱。所有包装均标注零件号、批次号和检验日期,实现完全可追溯性。

可审计的质量控制与可追溯性
