22型圆孔如何在不变形的情况下夹持薄壁管材

22型指夹头系列,公称头部直径为22 mm,内孔范围3 mm至20 mm,以1 mm递增。与使用锥形外表面的ER夹头不同,这款弹簧夹头卡盘采用直圆孔设计,并带有三条由线切割加工的纵向槽。当拉杆将夹头拉入配合锥面(16°包含角)时,槽口均匀闭合。结果是:整个圆周上的夹持力均匀一致。对于薄壁管材(壁厚低至0.5 mm),这可以防止椭圆化变形,否则会破坏您的同心度。我们在槽根处加工0.15 mm圆角以消除应力集中点,确保夹头在10万次循环后不会开裂。

我们用于2万次以上夹持循环的材料和热处理工艺

我们选用40CrMo4(AISI 4140)钢,而非更便宜的45#碳钢,因为铬钼合金钢能实现整体淬透而不产生脆性。经过CNC车削和铣削后,我们在真空炉中进行热处理至58–60 HRC,然后在180°C下回火两次以消除内应力。随后使用CBN砂轮对内孔进行磨削,以达到Ra 0.4 µm的表面粗糙度和0.005 mm的TIR。对于弹簧元件——即开槽部分——我们使用65Mn弹簧钢,硬度为44–48 HRC,这提供了快速装夹和卸载所需的弹性回复能力。每批次均使用洛氏硬度计进行硬度测试,任何超出58–60 HRC范围的产品均被拒收。这就是为什么我们的卡盘能保持夹持力超过2万次循环,而非表面淬火零件仅有的5千次循环。

每次发货前的检验:不仅仅是纸质证书

我们不会在没有实体检验报告的情况下发货任何卡盘。每件产品均使用蔡司三坐标测量机检查内孔直径、锥角和槽宽。然后将其安装在测试主轴上,使用0.001 mm千分表在三个位置测量TIR:靠近鼻端、夹持中部、以及内孔内20 mm处。报告包含原始读数,而非仅通过/不通过的印章。我们还对每批50件中的一个样品进行500次循环疲劳测试。如果样品开裂或夹持力损失超过5%,整批产品将被报废并重新制造。您将收到一份PDF格式的报告,卡盘本体上激光雕刻有序列号。这就是从BQUQ购买时精密制造的含义——您不是在第三方检验上碰运气。

为何我们的15天交期优于本地机加工车间的报价

大多数机加工车间对定制夹头卡盘的报价周期为4–6周,因为他们需要批量生产来分摊装夹成本。我们备有预硬化的40CrMo4毛坯库存,涵盖22 mm、25 mm和30 mm头部尺寸。当您的图纸到达时,我们只需加工内孔、槽口和后端螺纹。这使我们的单件加工时间缩短至3天。其余12天用于热处理、磨削和检验。如果您需要加急订单,我们可以在7天内交货,需加收10%附加费——我们曾为一位产线停机的医疗器械客户提供过此服务。无起订量意味着您可以订购一件原型卡盘,在您的主轴上测试,满意后再订购100件。我们不会将您锁定在最低采购量上,这对于中国制造的精密零件来说实属罕见。

发货前如何验证跳动精度?

每件卡盘均安装在经过校准的测试主轴上,使用0.001 mm千分表在三个轴向位置测量,原始读数包含在检验报告中。

标准交期是多久?能否加急?

标准交期为图纸确认后15天;加急订单为7天,需加收10%附加费,具体视毛坯库存情况而定。
