为什么薄壁零件选用胀紧夹头优于三爪卡盘

三爪卡盘在三个点上施加径向力,这会使得薄壁环、衬套和套筒产生变形。而我们的胀紧夹头将力均匀分布在整个孔圆周上,结果就是零点点载荷变形。对于壁厚为1.5毫米或更薄的工件,加工后测得的椭圆度将低于0.01毫米。夹头的扩张范围为0.3毫米至1.0毫米,具体取决于尺寸,这意味着您可以装载孔径公差为H7或H8的零件,而无需为每批产品定制套筒。

我们用于胀紧段的材料与热处理工艺

主体采用42CrMo合金钢,主卡盘体预硬化至28–32 HRC。胀紧段采用65Mn弹簧钢制造。我们在五轴数控车床上对其进行加工,然后热处理至58–60 HRC。淬火后,我们在一次装夹中同时磨削外径和锥度座。这种单次装夹磨削保证了锥角在整个夹头长度上的精度达到±0.005毫米。随后,胀紧段在200 °C下进行4小时的去应力处理,以防止在生产过程中发生尺寸漂移。

我们如何加工锥度座以实现0.005毫米跳动精度

关键几何结构是卡盘体与胀紧套之间的配合锥面。我们在数控车床上使用CBN刀片切削该锥面,然后用金刚石研磨膏进行精加工。锥角为每侧15度,我们将角度精度控制在±30角秒。组装后,我们在插入夹头的磨削测试棒上运行千分表进行检测。任何在距夹头端面25毫米处显示TIR超过0.005毫米的产品都将被拒收。这不是随机抽检——每一只夹头都经过测试,跳动检测报告随货附在包装箱内。

每次发货前的检验:您可以信赖的五项检查

每一只数控加工自动车床外胀式夹头在离开我们东莞工厂前都要经过五项检查。首先,我们用千分尺验证外径,精度为±0.005毫米。其次,我们用正弦规和量块检查锥角。第三,我们用洛氏硬度计测量胀紧段的硬度——必须达到58–60 HRC。第四,我们在3000 RPM的实心主轴上测试跳动。第五,我们使用标准H7塞规进行功能膨胀测试,以确认夹头能够顺畅开合且无卡滞。完整的检验报告随货附上。

如何为您的生产批次选择合适的扩张范围

为什么精密制造意味着我们进行磨削,而不仅仅是车削

许多工厂车削完胀紧段就完事了,我们不会。车削后,我们在一次装夹中磨削外径和锥度座。这消除了车削工序产生的热影响区,并为您提供真正的几何圆度。差异是可测量的:仅车削的夹头跳动为0.015毫米;我们磨削的夹头跳动为0.005毫米。如果您夹持的零件表面粗糙度要求低于Ra 0.8 µm,磨削工序是不可或缺的。这就是一家拥有20年历史的中国工厂的精密制造水准——我们不会在最终磨削工序上偷工减料。
