开槽夹头如何无变形地锁紧圆棒料

夹头本体经过精密磨削,带有三个或六个纵向槽,这些槽在热处理后通过线切割加工而成。当卡盘锥度向后拉动夹头时,这些槽使夹头径向收缩,沿整个圆周均匀夹紧棒料。这种设计可防止原材料产生椭圆度和表面痕迹,这对于在6000 RPM转速下将不锈钢或铝棒送入主轴至关重要。每个夹头尺寸的夹持范围通常为±0.5毫米,因此一个夹头可处理该范围内的多种棒料直径。

我们用于长期精度的材料和热处理工艺

我们根据您的应用,使用20CrMnTi渗碳钢或65Mn弹簧钢加工夹头本体。对于标准棒料进给,20CrMnTi经过渗碳处理,深度为0.8–1.2毫米,硬度达到58–62 HRC。对于高循环夹紧应用,我们使用65Mn,经过油淬和回火处理至45–50 HRC,以保持回弹灵活性。内孔在硬化后进行精磨,以消除热处理过程中的变形。这种两步磨削工艺确保每件产品(不仅仅是样品)都能保持0.005毫米的跳动精度。

消除振纹的精密磨削工序

棒料上的振纹源于夹头与材料之间的微振动。我们的磨削工艺分三个阶段解决这一问题。首先,我们将外锥度粗磨至0.02毫米以内。其次,在软爪卡盘上夹持夹头,匹配精确的中心线,将内孔磨削至最终尺寸。第三,在开槽后使用硬化心轴模拟卡盘的夹紧力,重新磨削锥度。这最后一道工序确保夹头闭合时(而非打开时)夹持面与锥度同心。

每次发货前的检验:跳动和硬度验证

没有夹头会在未附完整检验报告的情况下离开我们的工厂。我们使用气动量仪验证内孔直径,分辨率达0.002毫米。我们在精密心轴上使用千分表检查鼻端及鼻端后50毫米处的跳动。硬度使用洛氏硬度计对同批次每第10件进行测试,并将实际值记录在批次追溯文件中。我们还使用销规测试槽宽,以确保弹力一致性。如果任何尺寸超出公差,整个批次将被返工或报废,而非分选。

为您的机床主轴匹配合适的夹头系列

我们制造适用于常见机床品牌的夹头,包括Citizen、Star、Tsugami和Tornos,以及符合DIN 6341和DIN 6499标准的夹头。外锥角为DIN 6341的30度或ER型的8度,我们需要您的主轴鼻端图纸以确认拉回距离。如果您使用导套式机床,我们还可以在夹头前端加工定制沉孔,以适配导套鼻端。请将您当前的夹头零件号或图纸发送给我们,我们将在两个工作日内逆向工程出精确几何形状。

适用于难加工材料的表面处理选项

如果您正在进给钛、Inconel或预硬钢,标准磨削夹头可能无法提供足够的夹持力而不产生磨损。我们提供氮化涂层选项(表面硬度高达900 HV),可减少摩擦并防止内孔材料粘附。对于铝和黄铜,我们可提供Ra 0.2 µm的抛光内孔,以最大程度减少拖痕。这些表面处理仅增加3天交货期,且不影响基础公差。请在询价时指定您的材料牌号,我们将推荐正确的表面处理方案。

薄壁管材的定制槽型配置

薄壁管材(壁厚低于1毫米)需要与实心棒料不同的槽型。我们采用六槽配置,槽宽更窄,以更均匀地分布夹紧压力,而非标准的三槽设计。这降低了管材坍塌的风险。我们还可以在夹头内部添加弹簧止动装置,以控制需要固定止动的零件的送料长度。这些修改在切割标准夹头的同一CNC机床上完成,因此您仍然可以获得0.005毫米的跳动精度。请将您的管材样品发送给我们,我们将在发货前测试夹持力。
