这是一款CNC加工自动车床50型圆孔弹簧夹头卡盘。它通过弹簧夹头夹持圆棒料,而非液压或气动系统。其优势在于可重复的同心度:我们在一次装夹中加工本体和锥度座,因此鼻端跳动保持在0.005 mm TIR以内。这种精度源自淬硬钢本体(HRC 58-62),在0.3 mm夹持范围内不会变形。标准尺寸交期为15个工作日。无最小起订量,因为我们在东莞建立的精密制造生产线专为小批量及急单设计。

50型锥度如何锁定棒料且无振颤

50型指的是锥度座角度和拉回几何结构。圆孔弹簧夹头沿长度方向设有单缝或多缝。当拉杆拧紧时,锥度迫使夹头径向闭合。弹簧钢在释放时使夹头回到张开位置。此设计在500次循环中提供0.02 mm重复精度。与ER夹头不同,此50型具有更长的夹持长度,因此可夹持直径变化达0.3 mm的棒料而不损失轴向力。我们以30°包含角CNC加工锥度,然后研磨至0.8 Ra表面粗糙度。这种表面接触是重载粗加工时抑制振动的原因。

本体和夹头所用材料及热处理工艺

卡盘本体采用42CrMo钢,在最终加工前调质至HRC 28-32。随后对锥度表面进行渗氮硬化至HRC 58-62。夹头本身采用弹簧钢(65Mn),完全淬火并回火至HRC 45-50,用于弹簧指。我们磨削内孔至H7公差。圆孔直径范围为3 mm至50 mm。对于定制内孔,我们按您的图纸加工,公差为±0.005 mm。内孔表面粗糙度为0.4 Ra,锥度为0.8 Ra。每个卡盘本体均经过发黑处理,以防冷却液环境中生锈。

每批发货前检验——绝非一纸证书

我们对每件CNC加工自动车床50型圆孔弹簧夹头卡盘进行100%检验。这意味着我们将每个卡盘安装在测试心轴上,用0.001 mm千分表测量跳动。我们用正弦规检查锥度角,而非通止规。内孔直径用气动量仪验证。任何部件不合格即报废——绝不返工。您将收到包含实际跳动值、硬度读数和内孔尺寸的测试报告。我们这样做是因为夹头卡盘的好坏取决于其与主轴的配合度。如需第三方检验,我们将产品送至东莞实验室,并将报告随货发出。

夹持力经6000 RPM测试——无变形

我们将每个卡盘本体在6000 RPM下平衡至G2.5等级。这是自动车床操作的标准。弹簧夹头根据拉杆拉力施加8 kN至15 kN的径向力。包装前,我们用液压拉力测试仪验证夹持力。如果您在更高转速下运行,我们可以重新平衡至G1.0并添加减重沉孔。对于薄壁管材,我们提供降低弹簧刚度的开槽夹头,以避免压碎工件。只需告知壁厚和外径——我们会在CNC机床上调整槽宽和槽深。

定制内孔和拉杆螺纹——中国制造,10天发货

标准卡盘配有直孔和1-1/2"-16拉杆螺纹。如果您的主轴使用不同螺纹,我们按您的规格加工——公制、英制或定制螺距。也可定制六角或方料内孔,但这些不属于圆孔类型。对于圆孔,我们可以增加阶梯孔,在一个卡盘中实现两种直径。这省去了更换夹头的麻烦。作为东莞的精密制造工厂,我们控制整个流程:车削、铣削、磨削、热处理和最终检验。这就是为什么我们能为原型定制内孔提供10天交期。对于50件以上的批量生产,交期缩短至12天。

保护锥度表面的包装和运输

我们在锥度和内孔上涂覆防锈油,然后用VCI防锈纸包裹卡盘。卡盘置于带泡沫内衬的木箱中——无金属间接触。我们通过DHL、FedEx或从深圳空运发货。标准出口包装已包含在价格中。单个产品木箱约重8 kg。对于批量订单,我们使用胶合板箱,每件承重20 kg。每个箱子均标注零件号、批号和检验日期。

是的,我们接受单件订单,但由于装夹时间,单价较高;10件以上单价降低15%。

你们能加工标准范围之外的定制内孔直径吗?

可以,任何3 mm至50 mm的内孔均可实现,如果您提供3D文件,我们不额外收取图纸修改费用。

你们如何验证0.005 mm跳动的承诺?

我们用0.001 mm千分表在精密心轴上检验每个卡盘,并将实际读数附在测试报告中。

如果拉杆需要定制螺纹,交期是多久?

定制螺纹在标准15天交期上增加3个工作日,因此总计18天即可收到卡盘。
