36型轮廓如何匹配您的自动车床主轴鼻端

36型指的是DIN 6343-36安装轮廓,适用于常见的自动车床(Citizen、Star、Tsugami以及许多台湾仿制机型)。锥角为16°包含角,螺纹为M36×1.5,背面与主轴平面贴合,垂直度检查为0.002 mm。我们在DMG MORI NTX 2000上一次装夹加工锥面和螺纹,因此这两个关键特征之间不存在传递误差。如果您的主轴并非精确的36型,请将图纸发送给我们——我们可以在不改变夹持几何形状的情况下修改后端。

发黑表面并非油漆。它是在热处理和最终磨削后施加的黑色氧化转化层。该层厚度为0.5至1.5微米,不会改变孔径尺寸。其优势实实在在:它能保持一层薄油膜以防锈,减少夹头滑入温热主轴时的咬合,并在车间灯光下降低眩光,使表面检查更容易。我们不会跳过淬火步骤——整个本体采用真空淬火,然后双重回火,而不仅仅是表面硬化。芯部硬度为HRC 58-62,夹持槽在淬火后采用线切割加工,以确保弹簧手指保持弹性。

可测量的夹持孔公差和表面光洁度

防止槽部疲劳的热处理循环

我们从GCR15(AISI 52100)棒料开始,在加工前进行球化退火。车削外径和镗削锥面后,在1030°C下真空淬火,然后在5 bar氮气中淬冷。回火在180°C下进行两次,每次2小时。这形成了马氏体组织,残余奥氏体低于3%。夹持槽在淬火后采用线切割加工,然后手指在150°C下进行1小时去应力处理。正是这一工艺顺序,使我们的夹头在10万次循环后不会在槽根部开裂。我们使用洛氏C硬度计和显微切片样品对每批热处理进行测试——无一例外。

每次发货前全检——而非抽样

每个夹头都进行全尺寸检查,而非批次抽样。我们使用精密正弦规测量锥角(50 mm长度上误差<0.001 mm),使用气动量仪测量孔径(分辨率0.0005 mm),并使用带0.0001 mm指示表的定制主轴夹具测量跳动。发黑氧化层厚度通过涂层测厚仪验证。如果任何数值超出上表范围,该夹头将被报废,而非返工。每个零件编号随附一份签署的检验单。为了您的记录,我们还会在发货后24小时内通过电子邮件发送CMM报告的PDF文件。
