为什么52型夹头在自动车床上优于标准ER夹头

52型轮廓与Citizen、Star和Tsugami自动车床的拉回式几何结构相匹配,将主轴拉杆力转化为径向夹紧力。标准ER夹头在轴向拉力下会失去夹持力;而此设计采用16度硬化锥角,将夹头体锁定在卡盘座内。在相同拉杆压力下,夹紧扭矩比标准ER32夹头高出20%。"淬火深色"表面处理是在淬火后施加的黑色氧化层,增加了0.002 mm的润滑膜,可防止高进给加工时棒料表面发生咬合。

我们用于达到58–60 HRC的材料与热处理工艺

我们采用20CrMnTi渗碳钢,而非廉价的1045钢。毛坯经粗车后,在930°C下渗碳6小时,达到0.8–1.2 mm的渗碳层深度。在160°C热油中淬火并在180°C回火后,表面硬度达到58–60 HRC,而芯部保持32–36 HRC以确保韧性。这种组合可防止夹头在反复回弹循环中开裂。我们在Studer S33外圆磨床上磨削外径和内径,将锥度圆度控制在0.003 mm。深色氧化膜在厂内30分钟碱性浴中完成——无外部电镀延误。

每个卡盘上我们加工和检验的关键尺寸

卡盘体由4140预硬钢棒车削而成,然后内孔经珩磨至0.005 mm公差。52型锥度座在40 mm长度上磨削至0.003 mm。夹头槽采用线切割加工,切缝0.15 mm,提供8个槽以实现均匀径向收缩。我们用蔡司三坐标测量机检验每个卡盘——而非随机抽样。夹持直径上的TIR(总指示跳动量)在距鼻端5 mm处测量,超过0.008 mm即被拒收。夹持内孔表面粗糙度为Ra 0.4 µm,可减少棒料划伤并延长刀具寿命。

每次发货前检验:非随机抽样

每个夹头卡盘在包装前均经过5点检验流程。首先,锥度环规检查座接触面积——必须达到85%或以上。其次,推拉力计在4.5 kN拉杆拉力下验证夹紧力。第三,激光千分尺在三个轴向位置测量夹持内孔直径。第四,硬度计确认侧面硬度为58–60 HRC。第五,磁粉探伤检查热处理后的微裂纹。每次发货均附有签署的检验报告,您的来料质检可省去破坏性测试。

我们如何在没有毛坯库存的情况下保持15天交期

标准深色氧化膜之外的表面处理选项

标准"淬火深色"为哑光黑色氧化膜,盐雾评级48小时。如果您的应用涉及高氯含量冷却液,我们可以施加锌镍镀层(300小时盐雾)或化学镀镍层(Ra 0.2 µm)。对于干式加工,我们可在夹持内孔上提供TiN涂层,将摩擦系数降至0.4。这些涂层增加2–3天交期,但不改变基础公差。请告知您的冷却液类型和主轴转速,我们将为您推荐适合的量产表面处理。任何涂层下基材硬度均保持在58–60 HRC。

当您需要更低跳动量进行精密制造时

标准夹头卡盘跳动量为0.02 mm,适用于粗车。对于医用螺钉或光纤插芯的精加工,您需要此卡盘提供的0.008 mm TIR。秘诀在于我们的磨削工艺——我们在一次装夹中同时磨削锥度和夹持内孔,因此主轴误差不会传递到夹头座。如果您的机床主轴本身有0.005 mm跳动量,总累积误差保持在0.015 mm以下,满足大多数ISO 2768-f公差要求。对于更严格的要求,我们可以根据您实际主轴鼻端序列号进行配磨,实现0.005 mm TIR(需额外费用)。

为您的材料和主轴转速选择合适的夹头

52型卡盘适用于圆棒和六角棒料。对于最大26 mm的圆棒料,使用全槽夹头。对于六角棒料,我们的闭槽版本可夹持平面而不留痕迹。在8,000 RPM以上,我们建议G2.5动平衡——我们在发货前对每个卡盘在10,000 RPM下进行平衡,残余不平衡量低于0.5 g·mm。对于不锈钢或钛合金,深色氧化膜可降低摩擦,但您应将夹紧力增加10%以防止推回。我们的工程师可根据您的切削参数计算最佳拉杆力。只需发送您的主轴规格,我们将回复推荐设置。
