为什么0.005毫米跳动对您的自动车床主轴至关重要

自动车床以6,000至12,000 RPM的转速运行。任何超过0.008毫米的跳动都会在成品零件上产生振纹,并将刀片寿命缩短多达30%。我们的夹头在一次夹紧操作中完成磨削,因此内孔和锥度共享同一中心线。您可获得重复夹紧力:20规格为4,500 N,30规格为6,200 N,40规格为8,500 N。这意味着即使您将进给速率提高到0.25毫米/转,您的棒料也能保持居中。

我们用于这些20/30/40夹头的材料和热处理

我们采用42CrMo4或等效的AISI 4140合金钢——而非廉价的1045钢。毛坯经过车削后,在真空炉中淬火以避免脱碳。回火使整个夹头体的硬度达到HRC 58-62,而不仅仅是鼻端。淬火后,我们将外径和内孔磨削至H6公差等级。对于开槽段,我们使用线切割EDM切割12个宽度为0.5毫米的槽,确保松开夹头时弹性回复均匀。

开槽设计如何防止夹紧时变形

此套装中的每个夹头均采用交错槽型——20规格为三个全槽和三个半槽,30规格为四个全槽和四个半槽,40规格为五个全槽和五个半槽。这种几何形状均匀分布径向力。我们对每个槽边进行0.2毫米×45°倒角,以防止应力集中。夹头可打开至超出标称尺寸0.5毫米而不会产生永久变形。这比标准平行开槽夹头提高了200%。

每次发货前的检验——不仅仅是抽样检查

每个夹头均在分辨率为0.001毫米的CNC三坐标测量机(CMM)上进行检查。我们在三个位置测量锥角、内孔直径和跳动:鼻端、中部和尾部。验收标准为0.005毫米TIR,但我们85%的零件实际跳动低于0.003毫米。我们还在每个零件的两个位置使用洛氏硬度计测试硬度。如果夹头不合格,将直接报废——我们不会返工槽。

表面光洁度和涂层选项,延长刀具寿命

所有功能表面——锥面、内孔和槽——的标准光洁度为Ra 0.4。这是通过使用400目砂轮进行精细磨削实现的。如果您使用含氯添加剂的冷却液,我们建议在夹持区域进行TiN涂层,可增加2,000小时的磨损寿命。对于干式运行,免费提供黑色氧化处理。涂层厚度为2-4微米,不影响公差。

交货期、最小起订量和包装,满足您的生产线需求

我们每种规格备有500套库存。对于标准20/30/40套装,交货期为收到采购订单后7个工作日。无最小起订量——您可以订购一套或一百套。每个夹头单独用防锈纸包裹,然后装入带激光蚀刻尺寸标签的分隔ABS盒中。对于50套及以上的批量订单,我们提供带泡沫内衬的木箱,适用于海运或空运。

与您现有自动车床系统的兼容性

这些夹头符合DIN 6499和ISO 15488标准,因此适用于大多数日本、德国和中国自动车床主轴。20和30规格的锥角为每侧8°,40规格为16°。所有规格的拉回行程为2毫米,这是液压或气动执行器的标准配置。如果您有定制主轴鼻端,我们可以修改背面——只需将配合表面的图纸发送给我们。
