为何此夹头套件能消除刀具振颤和工件滑移

标准夹头在高主轴转速下压缩不均,导致棒料振动和表面光洁度缺陷。我们的自动车床夹头采用16槽设计,夹持区壁厚0.3毫米。该几何结构可在整个夹持长度上实现均匀的径向压缩。扳手组加工至与夹头驱动平面0.02毫米的间隙配合,因此您可以在不使夹头本体变形的情况下拧紧拉杆螺母。结果:在8,000 RPM下TIR为0.005毫米,即使在以每转0.15毫米进给量切削304不锈钢时也不会滑移。

材料选择与热处理:8620合金钢 vs. 4140

我们提供两种材料等级。对于一般用途的棒料加工,我们使用AISI 4140钢,硬度为HRC 50-55。对于大批量生产且加工Inconel或钛等磨蚀性材料时,我们使用AISI 8620,渗碳层深度为0.8毫米,硬度为HRC 58-60。两种等级在淬火后均经过-120°C、4小时的深冷处理。此步骤可消除残余奥氏体,这是长时间生产运行中尺寸漂移的主要原因。随后,每个夹头在单次装夹中完成内孔研磨和外圆研磨,确保内孔锥度和外定位直径在0.003毫米内同心。

扳手组:并非附属品,而是精密工具

随附的扳手并非冲压或激光切割而成。它们由45#钢数控铣削,然后淬硬至HRC 40-45。销端研磨至1.5毫米半径,与夹头驱动槽精确匹配。您将获得两把扳手:一把用于夹头螺母,一把用于夹头本体。扳手手柄长150毫米,相比标准夹头扳手提供2倍机械优势。这意味着您可以用更小的手力达到推荐的25牛米夹紧扭矩,减少操作员疲劳并防止过紧损坏。

尺寸范围与兼容性:从1毫米到32毫米棒料

此夹头套件覆盖最常见的自动车床主轴尺寸。可用内孔直径:1、2、3、4、5、6、8、10、12、14、16、18、20、25和32毫米。每个夹头外径为42毫米,总长为70毫米,适配标准DIN 6499 ER32和ER40夹头座。扳手组尺寸与夹头外部六角匹配,因此您无需为不同夹头尺寸购买单独的扳手。如果您使用非标准主轴,我们可在5个工作日内将夹头后端加工至您所需的精确螺纹螺距和拉杆设计。

每次发货前的检验:不仅仅是质检盖章

每个夹头套件都经过5步检验流程。首先,我们使用气动量仪(0.002毫米分辨率)检查内孔直径。其次,我们在精密心轴上沿内孔三个位置测量TIR。第三,我们使用塞尺验证槽口宽度——每个槽口必须为0.5毫米±0.05毫米。第四,我们在母夹头上测试扳手配合度。最后,我们在6毫米研磨棒上进行样品夹持测试,测量10次开合循环后棒料的偏转。只有通过全部五项检查的套件才会在夹头端面打上BQUQ批号。您可以追溯每个零件至其原材料批次和热处理炉记录。

包装与运输:与精度匹配的保护

每个夹头单独用VCI(气相防锈)纸包裹,然后放入刚性纸箱内的定型泡沫衬垫中。扳手单独涂油包裹,防止刮伤夹头研磨表面。箱体上标注零件号、批号和TIR测量证书。对于超过20件的订单,我们使用带内部泡沫隔板的木箱。运输通过DHL或FedEx Express从我们的东莞工厂发出。标准交付至美国或欧洲需4-6个工作日。我们为海关准确申报价值,并在发货后24小时内提供完整追踪号码。

如何为您的自动车床选择合适的夹头
