630-700 Jumbo套装如何消除主轴颤振

此套装中的每个夹头均由20CrMnTi合金钢单坯料加工而成。我们不使用焊接或组装毛坯。630和640尺寸具有30 mm夹持孔径;643扩展至32 mm;650和700 Jumbo分别达到38 mm和44 mm。开槽体在热处理后(而非之前)使用0.3 mm线切割EDM加工。这一顺序确保槽口边缘锋利并防止变形。当您在630夹头中夹持25 mm棒料时,夹持力在三个接触点均匀分布,从而减少断续切削时的振动。您将在第一批车削工件的螺纹表面质量上看到明显差异。

防止变形的热处理工序

我们对夹头进行渗碳处理,渗碳层深度为0.8-1.0 mm。炉内循环在920°C下运行4小时,随后进行油淬和两次180°C回火循环。结果是表面硬度HRC 58-60,芯部韧性HRC 35-40。这不是整体淬硬工具,而是表面硬化夹持装置。这意味着夹持齿保持足够硬度以抵抗304不锈钢棒料的磨损,而本体保留足够弹性以闭合围绕尺寸偏小的棒料而不开裂。我们使用洛氏硬度计对每个夹头进行硬度验证,而非批次抽样。

夹头离开东莞前的检验规程

每个夹头均在三坐标测量机上检查孔径、槽宽和同心度。我们还进行功能测试:每个夹头安装在活主轴上并夹持研磨测试棒。在鼻端和距鼻端50 mm处测量跳动。如果TIR超过0.005 mm,该夹头将被拒收,而非返工。我们在发货前拍摄CMM屏幕照片(批次号可见)并通过电子邮件发送给您。对于700 Jumbo尺寸,我们增加超声波测试以确认渗碳过程中无亚表面裂纹。

为何此套装适用于走心式和固定主轴箱车床

630-700 Jumbo几何形状遵循标准DIN 6343轮廓,因此适用于大多数品牌的自动车床,包括Citizen、Star和Tsugami。650和700 Jumbo尺寸具有更厚的壁截面(5 mm,而较小尺寸为3.5 mm),以处理更重的棒料而不会偏斜。如果您运行滑动主轴箱机床,夹头30°外锥角与标准主轴鼻端匹配。如果您使用固定主轴箱车床,可通过标准拉管使用这些夹头。仅在上个季度,我们已向40多家机械加工厂发货此精确套装,因配合问题导致的退货率为零。

夹持孔的表面光洁度和边缘处理

夹持孔不仅经过磨削,还在磨削后进行珩磨。这一两步工艺提供Ra 0.4 µm的表面光洁度,并去除磨削单独可能留下的脆性白层。夹持齿略微倒圆(0.1 mm),以防止在软黄铜或铝棒料上留下痕迹。如果您夹持硬度超过HRC 45的淬硬钢棒料,我们建议在孔上选用可选TiN涂层,这会使价格增加20%,但磨损寿命延长三倍。对于标准生产,未涂层版本可承受超过10,000次夹持循环,之后跳动才劣化0.002 mm。

包装和可追溯性,适用于您的工具库

每个夹头单独用VCI防锈纸包裹,并放置在刚性塑料箱内的定制泡沫嵌件中。箱体激光蚀刻有套装编号、制造日期和我们的BQUQ批次代码。您可以通过扫描箱体上的QR码在线查看完整检验报告。这不是一盒松散的通用零件。这是一套匹配套装,每个夹头编号为1至5,每个编号的CMM数据在我们的系统中保存5年。如果您需要更换某一尺寸,可使用批次代码订购单件,我们将匹配至原始套装孔径的0.002 mm以内。

长途货运的运输和包装保护

我们从东莞工厂通过DHL、FedEx或海运发货。对于空运,塑料箱放置在双壁纸箱内,所有侧面有50 mm泡沫衬垫。对于海运,我们在密封袋内添加干燥剂包和湿度指示卡。箱体本身额定可承受1.5米跌落至混凝土而夹头无损。我们已测试过这一点。在过去12个月中,我们已向14个国家发货超过2,000个独立夹头,报告的运输损坏率为0.1%。那一个损坏单元是快递叉车事故,而非包装故障。

为您的棒料选择合适的夹头尺寸

如果标准套装不符合您的工件要求,我们可以将孔径加工至25 mm至45 mm之间的任何直径,公差为+0.005/-0.000 mm。我们还可以修改槽型:三槽用于一般用途,六槽用于薄壁管材,或密封槽设计用于冷却液通过应用。密封使用丁腈橡胶嵌件,可承受高达70 bar的冷却液压力。对于这些定制版本,交货期延长至15个工作日,因为我们需要运行单独的EDM程序。任何定制孔径的价格增加15%,但无起订量政策仍然适用。您可以一次订购一件。
