六角孔弹簧夹头如何在不损伤材料的情况下夹持

与仅接触六角棒材两点的圆孔不同,这款夹头的内孔经过加工,与工件的六角轮廓精确匹配。弹簧槽采用线切割而非冲压工艺,实现均匀径向压缩。这意味着夹头同时接触所有六个平面。接触面积比圆孔增加40%,因此夹持力更高,但每平方毫米的表面压力更低。您的材料保持无痕,零件在重切削车削或铣削过程中不会滑动。

我们使用的材料及热处理工艺,实现58–62 HRC硬度

我们根据您的循环寿命要求,选用42CrMo或65Mn弹簧钢。42CrMo是我们用于一般自动车床加工的默认材料——兼顾韧性和耐磨性。65Mn适用于需要弹簧指更高弹性的高循环应用。CNC加工后,我们进行真空淬火至58–62 HRC,然后两次回火以消除内应力。最后一步是在-80°C下进行深冷处理以稳定微观组织。这就是我们的夹头在10,000次循环后仍能保持公差的原因,而不仅仅是第一天。

非标尺寸:我们可在厂内加工的规格

标准ER夹头最大内孔直径为34 mm。我们加工对边距2 mm至50 mm的非标六角孔,支持任何柄部配置——直柄、锥柄或螺纹柄。需要60 mm的孔深而标准只有40 mm?我们可以加工。需要台阶孔以配合轴肩?我们同样可以加工。由于我们在东莞工厂控制整个流程,不存在第三方修改。您发送图纸,我们加工夹头以匹配您的精确六角角度、圆角半径和孔深。六角平面的典型公差为±0.01 mm。

每次发货前的检测:跳动和硬度记录

每个夹头均附完整检测报告。我们使用千分表在鼻端距端面10 mm处测量径向跳动——记录值必须为0.005 mm或更小。硬度在圆周三个点使用洛氏硬度计检测;低于58 HRC的任何产品均被拒收。内孔表面粗糙度使用轮廓仪验证,确保Ra 0.4 µm。每笔订单均附带序列号和PDF报告,无论您购买一件还是一千件。这不是仅限样品的检测——而是对每一件产品的批量检测。

为什么我们的CNC加工工艺优于磨削夹头(针对六角孔)

我们如何控制非标轮廓的公差

自动车床生产线的包装和交付

订购非标夹头时的常见错误——以及我们如何避免

错误一:仅提供内孔尺寸而不提供六角角度。我们会要求精确角度(六角通常为60°)和圆角半径。错误二:假设夹头体长度可以任意。我们根据您主轴的拉回尺寸进行加工——请发送夹持器图纸。错误三:忽略槽宽。太窄夹头无法闭合;太宽则收缩不均匀。我们根据您材料的弹簧模量计算槽宽。您可以避免所有这些陷阱,因为我们在报价前会检查您的图纸与我们的加工能力。如果您的设计存在冲突,我们会在第一天告知您,而不是在加工之后。
