46型轮廓如何夹持小直径工件

46型指的是Citizen、Star和Tsugami自动车床上使用的夹头体锥角和座几何形状。与依赖径向槽的ER夹头不同,我们的小孔径弹簧夹头采用线切割加工的三条纵向槽。即使在3mm以下的内孔尺寸,也能实现真正的圆形闭合动作而不变形。结果是6mm棒料上的夹持扭矩超过12 Nm,同时夹头仍能干净释放,满足送料循环需求。

为什么我们用线切割而非铣削加工槽

铣削槽会留下毛刺和不均匀的应力集中点,在10,000 rpm主轴转速下会导致过早开裂。我们在热处理后使用线切割加工所有三条槽。这使得槽宽公差达到±0.01mm,每条槽边缘无毛刺。弹簧刚度变得可预测,因此您可以设定一次夹紧力,运行数千个零件而无需重新拧紧。我们还在端面激光蚀刻尺寸和批次号,便于追溯。

我们使用的材料与热处理工艺

我们为46型夹头备有两种材料:65Mn弹簧钢用于一般钢材和铝棒加工,9Cr18不锈钢用于腐蚀性或医疗级应用。两者均采用真空热处理以避免脱碳,然后回火至HRC 58-60。夹持内孔在磨削后进行珩磨,以去除热影响区。我们不使用涂层或镀层夹头用于小孔径,因为涂层会增加公差累积,破坏跳动精度。

每次发货前的检验

每支夹头都经过100%全检,而非抽样测试。我们在Zeiss三坐标测量机上检查四个关键参数:内孔直径、锥角、槽宽和同心度。跳动通过将夹头安装在测试心轴上,用千分表在距鼻端10mm处验证。实际读数记录在纸质证书上,随订单一同发货。如果夹头任何参数不合格,将被报废而非返工。

为什么我们省略额外抛光工序

大多数中国工厂将内孔抛光至镜面效果,以便在照片中看起来美观。我们不这样做。抛光会去除砂轮磨削纹路的锐利边缘,实际上会降低小棒料上的夹持摩擦力。我们止步于Ra 0.4,因为该纹理为8mm以下内孔的46型夹头提供了最佳摩擦系数。如果您需要更光滑的表面用于塑料或黄铜,我们可以磨削至Ra 0.2,但我们会提醒您,这将使夹持力降低约15%。

经得起出口考验的包装与运输

每支夹头单独用VCI防锈纸包裹,然后放入纸箱内的定制塑料嵌件中。我们不使用松散泡沫颗粒,因为它们会滞留湿气。超过10件的订单,我们会添加硅胶干燥剂包和木托盘用于空运。我们位于东莞的精密制造工厂通过DHL或FedEx全球发货,到美国或欧洲的典型运输时间为3-5个工作日。出口包装经过测试,可承受1米跌落而不损坏锥面。
