为何此夹头选用8620钢而非4140钢

大多数夹头制造商使用4140钢,因其价格低廉且易于加工。我们不这样做。对于自动车床36型夹头,我们指定使用渗碳8620合金钢。原因如下:8620钢渗碳后表面硬化层深度为0.8 mm,硬度达58-60 HRC,而芯部硬度保持在35-40 HRC。这提供了坚硬耐磨的表面和坚韧吸震的芯部。4140钢夹头整体硬化至58 HRC会变得脆硬。当夹持六角棒或方棒时,材料棱角会产生点载荷。脆性夹头会在槽根部开裂。8620钢夹头具有足够的弹性,可适应棒料形状而不会永久变形。我们在自己的车间对两种材料进行了测试。在不锈钢棒料加工中,8620版本的使用寿命延长4倍。如果您仅在瑞士型车床上加工圆棒,我们可以使用4140钢以降低成本。但对于一般自动车床加工,8620钢是正确的选择。

ER夹头与36型夹头:自动车床夹头的优势

ER夹头是刀具夹持的默认选择。但对于自动车床的工件夹持,36型夹头具有明显优势。ER系统依赖螺母将夹头推入锥面。该螺母增加了主轴的悬伸长度和质量。36型夹头通过拉管直接拉入主轴鼻端,无需螺母。这缩短了悬伸量,从而减少振动并改善车削零件的表面光洁度。此外,36型夹头每种规格的夹持范围更大。根据您订购的孔径,一个夹头可夹持1 mm至36 mm的棒料。ER夹头的收缩范围为1 mm,而36型夹头的收缩范围为2 mm。这意味着您的刀具库中需要更少的夹头。如果您经营一家频繁换产的加工车间,这可将设置时间缩短30%,因为无需频繁更换夹头。剖面图显示了实现更宽收缩范围的更深槽形释放结构。

我们使用的材料与热处理

我们为36型夹头储备三种原材料等级。第一种是8620渗碳钢,这是我们的标准推荐。第二种是9Cr18不锈钢,适用于食品级或医疗应用中需要考虑防锈的场合。第三种是65Mn弹簧钢,适用于夹头需开合数百万次的高弹性应用。热处理在我们内部的真空炉中完成。我们控制炉内气氛以防止脱碳。工艺流程为:在925°C下渗碳2小时,油淬,然后在180°C下回火90分钟。每批次的最终硬度均使用洛氏硬度计验证。任何低于57 HRC的批次均被拒收。磨削后的表面光洁度为夹持孔Ra 0.4,锥形座Ra 0.2。除非您要求,否则我们不对夹头进行涂层。硬铬涂层可降低摩擦,但会增加0.003 mm的孔径。如果您指定,我们会进行涂层,但默认提供裸硬化钢。

每次发货前的检验

为何使用线切割而非锯切加工槽

观察剖面图中的弹性槽,您会看到它们狭窄且根部带有圆角。锯切会留下尖锐的角。该尖角是应力集中点。当夹头弹性变形时,应力集中在尖角处,导致夹头开裂。我们使用线切割加工槽。线切割产生的槽宽为0.3 mm,根部圆角半径为0.15 mm。该圆角将应力分散到更大区域。我们在疲劳测试机上以1 mm挠度对这些夹头进行了500,000次循环测试,无裂纹。如果您运行高速自动车床,夹头每分钟循环100次,疲劳寿命至关重要。锯切夹头可能持续200,000次循环。我们的线切割夹头可持续500,000次循环。在相同价格下,刀具寿命提升2.5倍。

如何为您的棒料订购正确的孔径

36型夹头按其所夹持的标称棒料直径订购。例如,如果您加工20 mm圆棒,则订购20 mm夹头。但这里有个关键点:孔径会小0.1 mm。因此,20 mm夹头的实际孔径为19.9 mm。这种预紧确保夹头无间隙地夹持棒料。如果您为六角棒订购夹头,必须指定六角对边尺寸。17 mm六角棒需要具有17 mm对边内六角形状的夹头。我们也使用线切割加工此形状。对于方棒,逻辑相同。我们还可以为异形棒料(如带键槽或D形棒)制造夹头。将您的棒料截面图发送给我们,我们将制造匹配的夹头。有关应用中可实现的公差指导,请参阅我们的CNC加工公差指南
