热处理在真空炉中进行,采用氮气淬火,而非盐浴。这使得全长变形率低于0.01 mm,因此我们可以在淬火后无需校直即可保持H7内孔公差。锥面在CNC内圆磨床上用CBN砂轮磨削,然后研磨至夹持表面Ra 0.2的表面光洁度。相比之下,典型商用夹头为Ra 0.8–1.6。更光滑的表面意味着在软铝或12L14钢棒上不易产生咬合。

每只夹头在离开我们东莞工厂前都经过三步检验。首先,我们用数字内径规在三个轴向位置测量内孔直径和锥面。其次,我们将夹头安装在测试心轴上,以3000 RPM旋转检查TIR——读数手写在装箱单上。第三,我们用便携式里氏硬度计对鼻端进行硬度抽检,结果与热处理炉批号对应记录。任何读数超出规格,夹头即报废,而非返工——因为重新磨削渗碳零件会破坏表面完整性。

对于海关或您的内部QA,我们免费提供材料证书(EN 10204 3.1)和尺寸报告。如需完整的PPAP Level 3,重复订单可收取少量费用。我们不外包检验——CMM和测试主轴都在我们自己的质量实验室中,因此出现问题不会互相推诿。

为什么此夹头在长零件加工上优于标准46型

如果您加工的零件距夹头端面超过30 mm,标准夹头会让棒料偏转。这种偏转会导致车削直径产生锥度并缩短刀具寿命。此款加长鼻端设计将支撑点前移,因此您可以以标准夹头加工15 mm零件的相同刚性来夹持40 mm长的零件。在我们的测试中,用303不锈钢车削25 mm长Ø8 mm轴,此夹头沿长度方向的直径变化为0.008 mm,而标准夹头为0.021 mm。这就是零件通过通止规与零件报废之间的区别。

加长鼻端还减少了棒料端部废料。由于夹持点更靠近主轴,最后一个零件可以更少地推出棒料,每根棒料节省10–15 mm材料。以$8/kg的2米黄铜棒计算,每根棒料节省约$1.50——一年下来,可多次抵消夹头成本。

如何将此夹头与您的主轴和棒料匹配

订购前检查三个参数:主轴锥角(46型为17°30')、棒料直径(夹头内孔必须与棒料相差在0.1 mm以内)以及拉管螺纹(大多数46型机床为M12 x 1.25)。如果不确定,请将现有夹头照片或机床手册发送给我们——我们的工程师将在一小时内识别类型。我们已为Citizen L20、Star SR-20和Tsugami BO18制造过夹头,因此了解拉回力和行程的差异。对于非完全圆形的棒料(如冷拔六角棒),我们建议订购比标称大0.02 mm的内孔,以避免卡滞。
