25型夹头如何无偏斜地夹持圆棒料

25型夹头采用锥形外径,装入配套的套筒中。当拉杆将其拉回时,锥面均匀压缩内孔,包裹住工件。这种压缩正是消除跳动的关键——我们在夹持直径上保持0.005毫米TIR。与三爪卡盘不同,夹头的全圆周接触将夹紧力分布在整个圆孔上,因此不会出现三角形棱形变形,这种变形会划伤软材料或在精加工时引起振动。

由于内孔为圆形且经过淬火,它能抵抗重复夹紧循环带来的磨损。在50,000次循环中,您将看到一致的夹紧扭矩,而不仅仅是前一百个零件。对于25毫米棒料,这意味着您可以提高进给速度,而不必担心零件超出公差范围。

淬火内孔与表面硬化:为何我们采用全硬度

市场上大多数夹头为了节省成本采用表面硬化处理——即薄壳包裹软芯。这在轻载工况下可行,但在夹持淬硬钢或高主轴转速下会失效。我们的淬火夹头在整个截面上进行穿透淬火,达到HRC 58–62。您可以在内孔、锥面和后端面测量硬度——都是均匀的。这带来两个实际好处:内孔不会在数千个零件后出现喇叭口,锥面也不会在重拉杆压力下与套筒发生磨损咬合。

我们根据您的棒料材质选用AISI 4140或52100钢。4140适用于一般用途,52100适用于304不锈钢等磨蚀性材料以获得最大耐磨性。两者均经过真空热处理以防止脱碳,然后进行无心磨削至最终尺寸。结果是即使在进行断续切削时,夹头也能保持其几何精度。

圆孔尺寸和锥度精度,您可指定

25型夹头具有25毫米主体直径和按您实际棒料尺寸磨削的圆孔。标准现货内孔尺寸为3、4、5、6、8、10、12、16、20和25毫米。但我们不止于此。请将您的实际棒料直径发送给我们——我们将内孔公差控制在+0.005 / -0.000毫米。这意味着6.35毫米的棒料获得6.35毫米的内孔,而不是6.40毫米的妥协。锥角磨削至30度包含角,锥面表面粗糙度Ra 0.4 µm,内孔Ra 0.2 µm。

无论您使用公制还是英制棒料,内孔均可按任一标准磨削。我们还为六角或方料制造阶梯孔,但圆孔版本是高速圆料加工的标准配置。每个夹头都有序列号,您可以追溯到磨削日期和操作员,直至具体批次。

每次发货前检验:不仅仅是抽检

每个夹头在出厂前都经过5点检验。首先,我们使用气动量仪检查内孔直径——分辨率0.0005毫米。其次,我们使用正弦规和千分表测量锥角。第三,我们通过将夹头安装在测试套筒中并在0.0001毫米指示器上旋转来检查跳动。第四,我们在三个位置(内孔、锥面和后端面)使用洛氏硬度计验证硬度。第五,我们进行功能测试——夹持一根磨削测试棒,在设定的拉杆载荷下测量夹紧力。如果任何一项不合格,夹头将被报废,而非返工。每份订单都会附带一份打印的检验报告,随零件一同发货。

为何此夹头优于廉价进口版本

廉价夹头一次磨削完成,然后直接装箱。我们分三个阶段磨削:粗磨、半精磨,然后用CBN砂轮精磨。这额外的工序正是我们内孔粗糙度达到Ra 0.2 µm而非廉价选项的Ra 0.8 µm的原因。更光滑的内孔意味着棒料滑动时摩擦更小,从而减少导套中的热量积聚。在10小时轮班中,这能为您的机床主轴衬套节省可测量的磨损。

当您需要定制内孔或特殊长度时

标准25型夹头长度为60毫米,但我们可以制造长达100毫米的夹头,用于长棒料的延长夹持。我们还可以按0.1毫米增量制造定制内孔直径——例如,6.35毫米内孔用于1/4英寸棒料,或12.7毫米内孔用于1/2英寸棒料。如果您需要键槽槽口或定向平面,我们可以在淬火后将它们铣削到内孔中。唯一限制是您的图纸。由于我们在内部进行热处理,无需外发等待供应商。这就是我们标准交货期为7天而非20天的原因。对于加急订单,我们可以在3天内发货,需加收15%附加费。
