为什么三角孔几何形状能减少工件变形

三角孔形状并非装饰性设计。它将夹紧力集中在三个接触点上,而非整个圆周。与圆孔相比,这可减少薄壁零件(如黄铜阀杆或铝制传感器外壳)上的径向应力高达30%。您可夹持壁厚低至0.8毫米的零件而不会产生椭圆度。46型标识与自动车床46系列主轴鼻端匹配,因此无需过渡环即可直接螺栓安装。

我们用于实现58–60 HRC的材料与热处理工艺

根据您的夹持频率,我们选用20CrMnTi(渗碳钢)或65Mn(弹簧钢)作为原材料。20CrMnTi经渗碳处理,深度为0.5–0.8毫米,然后淬火并回火至58–60 HRC。65Mn经油淬和回火处理,具有高弹性恢复能力。槽口在热处理后采用线切割加工,绝不在热处理前进行。这可避免槽口边缘脱碳——而脱碳正是大多数廉价夹头开裂的根源。内孔和锥面的表面粗糙度为Ra 0.2 µm,在同一装夹中完成磨削和珩磨。

夹持重复精度与跳动 – 每件均经实测

我们在鼻端、距夹头端面10毫米处以及内孔后部测量跳动。每件夹头均使用校准测试棒测试三次。三次读数的平均值刻印在夹头本体上。如果夹头超过0.005毫米TIR,则直接报废,绝不会交付给您。作为参考,标准DIN 6499夹头通常规定0.015毫米。我们的工艺更严格,因为我们在一次装夹中完成锥面和内孔的磨削,消除了重新装夹带来的误差。

每件夹头均经过5点检验流程。首先,我们使用正弦规和千分表验证锥角 – 公差为±0.002°。其次,我们使用经NIST标准校准的内径规检查内孔直径。第三,我们在测试心轴上的两个位置测量跳动。第四,我们使用洛氏C标度测试硬度,在圆周上以120°间隔读取数值。第五,我们在10倍放大下目视检查所有槽口是否有毛刺或微裂纹。每批货物均附带一份带有您采购订单编号的签名检验报告。

我们设计规避的常见失效模式 – 槽口疲劳与锥面磨损

大多数夹头失效源于槽口疲劳 – 经过数千次循环后,金属在槽根处开裂。我们通过使用更大的槽根圆角半径(0.3毫米,而非典型的0.1毫米)并在线切割后对槽口区域进行喷丸处理来避免这一问题。锥面磨损是第二大杀手。我们使用CBN砂轮磨削锥面,然后与匹配的标准锥面进行研磨配合。这可使锥面接触面积达到至少85%,均匀分布夹紧力并防止局部咬合。

如何将本夹头与您的工件材料匹配

对于铝或黄铜等软材料,请使用65Mn版本 – 其弹性更佳,不会在表面留下痕迹。对于淬硬钢或钛合金,请使用20CrMnTi – 更硬的表面可抵抗切屑嵌入。如果您切削长径比超过3:1的零件,请订购带后止挡内孔的夹头(我们可以免费增加阶梯式沉孔)。这可防止钻孔时工件后退。对于壁厚小于1毫米的薄壁管材,我们建议将夹紧力降低15% – 三角几何形状凭借三点接触仍可牢固夹持。
