方孔几何形状为何能消除棒料滑动

圆形夹头在扭矩作用下会发生变形,导致方形或六角形棒料在孔内扭转。我们的20型方孔弹簧夹头采用真正的四点接触模式。棒料角部嵌入加工出的方孔中,而弹簧槽提供径向弹性。这种设计将夹紧力均匀分布在平面上,而非仅集中在边缘。在我们的回拉测试中,一根12mm方形棒料在60 bar液压压力下,于450 Nm扭矩时表现出零轴向滑动。相比带锯齿镶件的圆孔夹头,性能提升了30%。

材料选择:20CrMnTi与9SiCr弹簧夹头对比

我们根据您的工况加工两种材料等级。对于频繁更换夹头的大批量生产,我们使用9SiCr合金工具钢。其硬化层硬度达60 HRC,芯部韧性良好,因此弹簧手指在20万次循环后不会开裂。对于腐蚀性冷却液环境,我们改用20CrMnTi,并采用0.3mm深度的渗氮表面层。这提供了900 HV的表面硬度和对304不锈钢0.08的摩擦系数。两种材料均采用锻造而非棒料切割,以保持沿弹簧槽的晶粒流向。

我们的一次装夹加工工艺确保槽对称性

大多数夹头制造商在单独工序中铣削槽,这会导致角度偏差。在我们的东莞工厂,我们使用带动力刀座的CNC车削中心,在一次装夹中完成方孔、三个弹簧槽和后锥度的加工。结果是槽间角度间距为±0.5角分。这种对称性至关重要,因为不均匀的槽宽会在圆周方向产生变化的夹紧力。我们使用三坐标测量机和专门设计的通止规方孔量规对每个零件进行测量。该量规的研磨公差与您的棒料相同,因此如果夹头能接受量规,就能夹紧您的原材料。

硬度与热处理:从58 HRC到62 HRC

加工后,我们进行真空淬火,标准用途硬度为58–60 HRC。如果您加工的是预硬化棒料,我们可以提供62 HRC的变体,但弹簧弹性会有所降低。热处理循环包括在-120°C下进行深冷处理,以转化残余奥氏体。此步骤可防止夹头使用数小时后出现尺寸漂移。我们在内孔表面而非外径上验证硬度,因为磨损发生在内孔处。每批次均附带洛氏C硬度测试报告,显示实际读数而非范围。

每次发货前检验:跳动与表面粗糙度数据

我们不会在没有完整尺寸报告的情况下发货任何夹头。每个零件都经过两步检验。首先,我们使用气动量仪测量内孔直径,分辨率达0.002mm。其次,我们将夹头安装在测试夹具中,使用0.5µm分辨率的千分表测量鼻端及距鼻端20mm处的TIR。内孔表面粗糙度控制在Ra 0.4µm,这是一种抛光、不粘附的表面,可防止与铝材发生冷焊。弹簧槽边缘使用陶瓷刷去毛刺,以消除导致疲劳失效的微裂纹。

我们将一批20型方孔弹簧夹头在8000 RPM下平衡至G2.5等级。夹头鼻端的振动幅度为1.2µm,低于12mm方形棒料颤振阈值。弹簧夹头设计允许在标称方形尺寸上具有+0.1mm至-0.05mm的夹持范围。这意味着您可以使用同一夹头夹持10.0mm和10.05mm的方形棒料,而无需调整拉管。后锥角为30度,与大多数日本和欧洲滑动头车床上的标准20型夹头卡盘匹配。
