我们在东莞工厂的精密制造确保每个夹头本体均采用42CrMo钢材,热处理至58-60 HRC,随后将锥面和夹持面研磨至Ra 0.4µm的表面光洁度。这一组合提供了现成进口夹头无法比拟的刀具寿命和零件一致性。

同步夹头段如何消除不均匀夹持

标准夹头依赖单一锥形楔块,若夹头磨损或拉杆拉力不均,可能导致工件偏移。同步设计采用环形齿轮和三个或六个开槽段,以相同速度和距离径向移动。每个段在驱动套筒每转一圈时移动相同的量,因此夹紧力矢量始终精确保持在主轴轴线上。

这在加工薄壁零件或夹持六角、方形棒料时尤为重要。不均匀夹持会产生振动痕迹和椭圆度。我们的同步机构可将25mm直径棒料的圆度保持在0.003mm以内,发货前通过马波斯(Marposs)量规验证。夹头座角度为16度,符合DIN 6499标准,但我们可根据您的主轴鼻端或现有拉管定制鼻端轮廓。

夹头本体和夹头使用的材料及热处理工艺

我们在钢材等级上绝不偷工减料。夹头本体采用42CrMo(AISI 4140)钢,基体经淬火回火至28-32 HRC,夹持区域经感应淬火至58-60 HRC。这种双重硬度设计提供了坚韧、抗冲击的本体,同时具备耐磨的夹持表面。夹头本身采用65Mn弹簧钢制造,硬化至45-50 HRC,槽口经激光切割和去毛刺处理,防止毛刺转移到您的工件上。

对于腐蚀性环境或不锈钢工件加工,我们可提供整个本体的化学镀镍选项(厚度0.02mm),不影响锥面精度。我们拥有完整的热处理生产线,淬火和回火周期均带时间戳记录——绝不外包给可能偷工减料的第三方。外径和锥面表面光洁度为Ra 0.4µm,背板安装面经研磨至Ra 0.2µm。

每次发货前的检测:跳动、硬度和拉紧力

每台夹头均经过三阶段检测。首先,使用正弦规和千分表测量锥角——整个锥面长度内必须在±0.002mm以内。其次,将夹头安装在测试主轴上,使用25mm研磨测试棒测量鼻端TIR;超过0.005mm即判定不合格。第三,使用40 bar液压驱动压力下的测力传感器测量拉紧力,并验证其符合您指定的夹紧力,通常25mm夹头为15-20 kN。

我们还使用销规检查夹头槽宽,确保槽口在受力时不会完全闭合,否则会导致永久变形。每台夹头附带签署的检测报告,包括跳动值、硬度测试结果和最终量规读数的照片。如需完整材料证书(EN 10204 3.1),可免费提供。
