圆孔夹头与弹簧夹头在自动车床主轴中的区别

圆孔夹头设计用于夹持已加工直径,而非原始棒料。与可在宽范围内收缩的弹簧夹头不同,此15–52毫米套装中的每个夹头匹配特定孔径,公差在±0.005毫米以内。这意味着夹持表面沿整个圆周均匀接触工件,消除了开槽夹头常见的三点变形问题。对于在车削零件上进行二次加工的自动车床,这种均匀压力可保护表面光洁度,并保持主轴轴线与零件中心线之间的同心度。

我们用于实现58–62 HRC硬度的材料与热处理工艺

每个夹头均采用20CrMnTi合金钢制成,该材料因其芯部韧性和表面可渗碳性而被选用。我们在数控车床上一次装夹中加工孔径和外锥面,将锥角公差控制在每50毫米长度±0.002毫米以内。加工后,每个夹头在920°C下进行渗碳处理,随后进行油淬和低温回火。结果是表面硬度达58–62 HRC,渗碳层深度为0.8–1.2毫米。这种组合可抵抗磨蚀性工件的磨损,同时坚韧的芯部吸收夹紧力而不开裂。

夹持直径上的表面光洁度与跳动控制

圆孔表面在硬化后磨削至Ra 0.2 µm,可防止在高速夹紧循环中划伤软铝或黄铜零件。跳动在模拟实际主轴条件的专用夹具上测量,而非在平台块上测量。我们沿孔径长度在三个位置检查TIR:前部、中部和后部。三个点的最大偏差为0.005毫米,该值记录在随每套产品附带的检验证书上。

每次发货前的检验:TIR、硬度和锥面接触

每个夹头在包装前需通过三项独立检查。首先,使用洛氏硬度计对孔表面进行硬度测试,确认58–62 HRC。其次,使用分辨率为0.002毫米的锥度规和千分表验证8°角度和接触图案。第三,我们将每个夹头安装在测试心轴上,并使用激光测微计测量孔径处的TIR。任何超过0.005毫米TIR的夹头将被拒收并重新磨削。正是这种检验规程使我们在过去24个月内夹头发货的缺陷率低于0.3%。

包装与标记,便于车间快速识别

每个夹头均激光标记其标称孔径尺寸、BQUQ标志和热处理批次号。38个夹头组织在一个带泡沫衬垫的分隔钢制箱中,每个尺寸从15毫米到52毫米都有标记槽位。这消除了机械师取用特定孔径时的猜测。箱子用干燥剂包密封并包裹防锈纸,因此夹头到达时即可安装,无需额外清洁。
