为什么8槽设计优于实心孔用于圆棒料

实心孔夹头仅在三到四个点接触工件,留下的间隙会导致薄壁零件变形。我们的25型夹头采用八条精密切割槽。这些槽径向均匀闭合,包裹棒材的整个圆周。这种夹持方式既能夹持2mm细棒而不压碎,又能牢牢夹紧25mm轴以承受重切削。每条槽均采用线切割而非铣削加工,以避免应力集中和微裂纹。槽宽0.8mm,槽深经过计算,可在50000次循环后保持回弹力。

我们使用的材料与热处理工艺,确保长寿命

我们选用20CrMnTi渗碳钢作为原材料。该牌号具有坚韧的心部以抵抗冲击,以及坚硬的外壳以抵抗磨损。在数控加工25型本体并切割槽后,我们在920°C下进行6小时气体渗碳处理。渗碳层深度达到0.8-1.2mm,表面硬度达到58-60 HRC。心部硬度保持在35-40 HRC,使夹头能够弹性变形而不开裂。最后进行黑色氧化处理,防止冷却液引起的锈蚀。这一热处理工艺与我们用于24/7运行的大批量汽车夹头相同。

每批出货前的检验流程

每只夹头均经过100%全检,而非抽检。我们使用分辨率为0.001mm的气动量仪检查孔径。将夹头安装在测试夹具中,用千分表测量前端跳动——只有TIR低于0.005mm的夹头才能通过。我们还使用液压拉力测试机测试夹持力:25mm夹头在滑动前必须承受12 kN的轴向力。孔内表面粗糙度通过轮廓仪验证,Ra 0.4µm或更优。每只夹头都有序列号,我们会随发票通过电子邮件发送测试报告PDF。

25型本体的尺寸与公差

该夹头本体直径为25mm,匹配标准25型自动车床主轴。孔径范围覆盖3mm至25mm,以1mm为增量,我们还可制造精度达0.01mm的定制孔径。总长度为78mm,前端带30°锥角。后端螺纹为标准M22x1.5。松开状态下孔径公差保持H7,即10mm夹头在张开时测量值为10.000mm至10.021mm。夹紧力范围可根据拉杆拉力在5至12 kN之间调节。

如何将这款夹头与您的自动车床主轴匹配

下单前,请测量三项参数:主轴前端锥角(必须为30°)、拉杆螺纹(标准为M22x1.5,但我们可以匹配其他规格)以及棒料直径。如果您的棒料为12.7mm,请订购12.7mm孔径,而非13mm孔径。该夹头具有0.2mm的闭合范围,因此可夹持12.5mm至12.7mm。对于六角或方棒料,我们可以切割匹配的孔形——但本产品页面针对圆孔夹头。如果您不确定主轴规格,请将当前夹头照片和机床型号发送给我们。我们将在一个工作日内确认兼容性。

安装此夹头前需要检查的事项

使用无绒布清洁主轴锥孔——此处的污垢会导致0.01mm的跳动。在夹头外锥面上涂一层薄薄的轻质油,不要涂在孔内。插入夹头并用拉杆拉紧,然后用测试棒测量前端跳动。如果读数超过0.005mm,重新安装一次夹头。如果读数仍然偏高,请检查主轴前端是否磨损。为获得最佳效果,每次使用扭矩扳手将拉杆拧至相同设定值。该夹头设计转速为5000至8000 rpm,但如果您要求“H”后缀,我们可提供平衡版本,适用于12000 rpm。
