加长鼻端几何设计如何防止深孔加工中的刀具偏摆

当刀具伸出卡盘端面时,标准夹头会失去刚性。我们的加长系列增加了淬硬钢鼻端套筒,在更长的接触长度上支撑刀柄——通常为夹头孔径的1.5倍。这意味着对于20 mm刀柄,可获得30 mm的连续夹持,而非通常的20 mm。效果是可量化的:在50 N径向载荷下,偏摆从标准ER32的0.012 mm降至该加长设计的0.006 mm。这直接转化为更好的表面质量和更长的刀片寿命,尤其是在加工深腔或使用长悬伸镗杆时。

加长夹头本体所用材料及热处理工艺

我们采用8620合金钢加工夹头本体,然后进行渗碳和淬火,达到58–60 HRC的表面硬度。夹持簧片在热处理后进行磨削——绝不提前——确保硬化层在整个夹持表面保持完整。内螺纹在数控车床上加工,公差为6H,保证拉紧动作平稳且可重复。系列内的弹簧夹头采用65Mn弹簧钢,疲劳寿命经测试达500,000次循环,夹持力衰减不超过5%。每批次均附有洛氏硬度测试报告,随货文件一并提供。

每批发货前检测:跳动与表面粗糙度数据

没有完整的检测报告,我们不会发出任何一只加长夹头。每件产品均在精密测试芯轴上检测鼻端TIR跳动——合格标准为0.005 mm或更优。夹持孔表面粗糙度用轮廓仪测量,超过Ra 0.4即判定不合格。我们还在最大扭矩的80%下测试夹持力,确认夹头在所有槽口上均匀闭合。报告包含实测跳动值、实际硬度读数以及带批次号的零件照片。这是标准流程,不额外收费。

标准ER夹头仅限于圆形孔径,但我们的加长系列可根据要求加工六角、方形或阶梯形孔径。我们最常做的定制是带缩径刀柄的钻头阶梯孔——我们将后段阶梯加工至与前段夹持部分0.01 mm的同轴度。这在我们工厂内部的数控车床上完成,因此额外成本仅为每件15–25美元,视复杂程度而定。对于超过200件的批量订单,我们将完全免除定制加工设置费。

加长夹头系列的起订量是多少?

无起订量——您可以订购单件用于原型测试,也可以订购整批生产,单价保持不变。

能否定制加长鼻端长度或孔径轮廓?

可以,我们可将鼻端延长至超出标准30 mm,并可加工圆形、六角、方形或阶梯形孔径,定制部分同轴度为0.01 mm。

发货前如何验证跳动和硬度?

每只夹头均在精密芯轴上检测TIR跳动(最大0.005 mm),并用洛氏硬度计检测硬度(58–60 HRC),报告随货附上。
