为什么5C夹头在圆形棒料夹持上优于弹簧夹头

当棒料直径偏差超过0.05 mm时,弹簧夹头会变形并失去夹持力。我们的5C夹头采用淬硬钢体搭配精密磨削槽型,在整个夹持范围内夹持力波动保持在±5%以内。以25.4 mm孔径为例,您可以在不调整卡盘的情况下进给25.35至25.45 mm的棒料。TIR保持在0.005 mm以下,比标准ER夹头精度高3倍。

我们使用的材料选择与热处理工艺

根据您的冷却液和工件材料,我们使用8620合金钢或9Cr18不锈钢加工每只夹头。对于一般车削加工,8620渗碳层深度0.8-1.2 mm,然后淬硬至58-62 HRC。对于腐蚀性环境,9Cr18整体淬硬至56-60 HRC。两种材料均在-80°C下进行深冷处理以稳定尺寸,确保夹头在10万次循环后不发生膨胀或收缩。

我们如何在加工本体上保证0.005 mm跳动

跳动不仅仅是内孔的问题。首先从5C锥角开始——我们将20度包含角磨削至±0.0005度。然后在CNC外圆磨床上一次装夹磨削外径和内孔,使用跳动小于0.002 mm的活顶尖。最后一道珩磨工序消除磨削烧伤,留下交叉网纹,可保持冷却液以改善排屑。每只夹头随后在5C标准心轴上用千分表检测;鼻端超过0.005 mm的一律剔除。

每批发货前的检验

每只夹头附带尺寸报告,包含三个数据点:前、中、后部内孔直径,使用气动量仪测量。我们还在5C主轴转接头上测试跳动并记录最大TIR。报告包含硬度测试值(洛氏C标尺)和表面光洁度Ra测量结果。如需完整材料证书(EN 10204 3.1),我们免费提供——只需在采购订单上注明即可。

包装与标识,实现车间可追溯性

每只夹头激光打标孔径、批次号和BQUQ标志。我们使用带泡沫端盖的独立塑料管包装,然后装入瓦楞纸箱。对于大批量订单,我们提供带标签槽位的托盘系统,可容纳20只夹头,方便您的刀具库无需逐一取出即可补货。我们不使用松散的纸张或布料,避免在洁净加工区域留下纤维。
