为何硬质合金导套比钢制导套更耐用

钢制导套在旋转瑞士走心机棒料的径向载荷下会变形,而硬质合金则不会。凭借92 HRA的硬度,该导套能抵抗303不锈钢、17-4PH和钛合金棒料的磨粒磨损。我们采用EDM和金刚石磨削而非传统车削来加工硬质合金毛坯,因为硬质合金在断续切削下会开裂。其结果是,即使在10,000 RPM的主轴转速下,导套也能保持尺寸稳定性达800多个运行小时。

我们如何在夹头卡盘中实现0.002 mm跳动

导套的跳动来源于三个方面:内孔同心度、外径安装配合面以及夹头槽几何形状。我们在Studer S41外圆磨床上通过一次装夹同时磨削内孔和外径。夹头槽在热处理后而非热处理前进行线切割,因此应力释放不会扭曲槽宽。最终检测使用分辨率为0.0005 mm的马波斯(Marposs)量规。每个导套均附带一份打印的跳动报告,显示实际测量的总指示跳动(TIR),而非理论值。

我们使用的材料与热处理工艺

我们采用ISO K10/K20级硬质合金,硬度90-93 HRA,钴粘结剂含量为6-8%。对于需要更高韧性的应用,我们提供含10%钴的亚微米级牌号,在不低于88 HRA的前提下提升抗冲击性。我们不进行硬质合金的热处理——它是烧结成型而非淬硬——但我们确实会进行-196°C的深冷处理,以稳定微观结构并消除残余应力。对于所有长度超过20 mm的导套,此步骤是强制性的。

每次发货前的检测

每个导套都经过5点检测流程。首先,激光千分尺在三个轴向位置检查外径。其次,气动内径量规测量内径锥度——全长最大允许值为0.001 mm。第三,Talyrond圆度仪验证内孔和外径的圆度均在0.0005 mm以内。第四,轮廓仪确认内孔Ra 0.2 µm和外径Ra 0.4 µm的表面光洁度。第五,洛氏硬度计确认硬度最低为92 HRA。检测报告会在导套包装前通过电子邮件发送给您。

适用于瑞士走心机棒料的标准与定制尺寸

我们备有18种标准内径尺寸,从1.0 mm到32.0 mm,全部具有20 mm外径和40 mm长度。对于定制尺寸,我们会在3天内根据您的图纸加工毛坯。常见的定制特性包括:用于更快棒料装载的15度引导倒角、用于高压润滑的贯通式冷却液通道,以及适用于非标准主轴箱孔径的阶梯外径。我们还制造带单槽的开口导套和不带槽的实心导套,适用于无需夹头卡盘闭合的棒料送进应用。

该导套如何与您的夹头卡盘配合

此导套并非独立部件——它安装在CNC夹头卡盘内部,该卡盘安装于您瑞士走心机的主轴箱上。卡盘体由8620钢制成,渗碳至58-62 HRC,并磨削至与导套内孔0.002 mm的同心度。导套通过精密磨削的锥度而非紧定螺钉锁定在卡盘中,因此热膨胀不会使棒料中心线偏移。如果您提供机床主轴端面尺寸,我们将供应完整组件——导套、卡盘体和拉管适配器。

高精度零件的包装与运输

我们将每个导套包装在带泡沫内衬的塑料盒中,密封于防锈VCI袋内,并置于硬纸箱中。箱体上标注您的零件号、批号和检测日期。对于超过10件的订单,我们使用带泡沫内衬的木箱,以防止空运过程中的振动损坏。标准运输为DHL快递,3-5天可达美国、欧盟或日本。对于紧急停机情况,如果导套有库存且订单在中国时间下午2点前确认,我们可提供当日发货服务。
