四爪设计如何消除数控车床上的定心误差

四爪自定心卡盘采用螺旋涡状盘,可同时移动四个卡爪。与三爪卡盘不同,四爪几何结构将夹紧力均匀分布在两个垂直轴上。这防止了工件被推离轴线,这在较软或薄壁棒料上很常见。在我们的卡盘上,涡状盘由单块坯料CNC加工而成,因此螺纹螺距误差在全行程内保持在0.003 mm以下。这就是为什么我们可以承诺0.005 mm的跳动,而不是进口铸造卡盘常见的0.02 mm。

涡状盘和卡爪导轨:决定卡盘精度的两个关键部件

大多数卡盘故障始于涡状盘或卡爪导轨。我们将涡状盘从20CrMnTi渗碳钢切割而成,渗碳深度为0.8–1.2 mm,双面磨削。卡爪导轨经过感应淬火至HRC 55-58,然后精密磨削至与卡盘体H7配合。这意味着卡爪滑动无间隙,但在操作钥匙施加0.5 N·m扭矩时仍能自由移动。您可以在第一个零件上获得可重复的定心,而不是经过三次试夹后。

我们用于卡盘体和卡爪的材料及热处理

卡盘体采用42CrMo钢,调质处理至HRC 28-32。这使卡盘体具有足够的韧性来吸收振动,同时保持安装法兰的稳定性。卡爪单独淬硬至HRC 58-60,因此能抵抗夹持淬硬钢坯料时的磨损。如果您夹持铝或黄铜,我们可以提供硬度较低的软爪,HRC 35-40——只需在询价单中注明您的工件材料。螺丝为12.9级,操作锥齿轮渗碳淬硬至HRC 58-62。

为什么我们放弃铸件,从实心棒料加工卡盘体

铸造卡盘体存在内部气孔,当卡盘在切削一小时后升温时,会表现为跳动漂移。我们通过从实心42CrMo棒料加工卡盘体来避免这一问题。材料是均匀的,我们在最终磨削工序前进行去应力处理。结果是卡盘在20 °C时保持0.005 mm跳动,在60 °C时为0.008 mm。如果您在4000 RPM的高速数控车床上运行,这种热稳定性是良品与废品批次之间的区别。

安装选项:A2-4、A2-5、A2-6以及Camlock D1-3至D1-8

我们加工背板以匹配您的主轴鼻端。标准选项包括A2-4、A2-5、A2-6用于A型主轴,以及Camlock D1-3、D1-4、D1-5、D1-6、D1-8用于短锥主轴。如果您有非标准主轴,我们也可以制作定制螺栓孔样式。安装面磨削至平面度0.005 mm,锥度在发货前通过涂色检查与您的主轴匹配。您无需在到货后重新加工背板。

每次发货前检查:包含跳动报告和硬度测试

每只卡盘在包装前均在数控车床上进行检查。我们用千分表在距卡爪表面10 mm处、三个不同的卡爪开口位置测量跳动。我们还在20 mm方棒上测试夹紧力,并记录转动操作钥匙所需的扭矩。一份带有这些数据的签名检查报告随木箱包装。如果跳动超过0.005 mm,卡盘将返回磨削工位,而不是发给您。该生产线的废品率为0.2%。
