DA弹簧夹头系统如何夹持而不产生跳动

DA弹簧夹头采用8度锥角(符合DIN6388标准),使夹头围绕刀柄均匀收缩。与廉价夹头中螺母使夹头不均匀变形不同,我们的夹头螺母采用精密磨削螺纹(6H级)和硬化推力面加工而成。这使夹持力径向分布,保持刀具中心线在主轴轴线0.005 mm以内。当您将螺母拧紧超过30 Nm时,不会出现普通弹簧夹头常见的“摆动”现象。

我们使用的材料和热处理工艺,确保长期刚性

夹头本体采用20CrMnTi(渗碳钢)制造,渗碳深度0.8–1.2 mm,然后硬化至58–62 HRC。夹头螺母采用40CrMo制造,调质处理至45–50 HRC,然后对螺纹侧面进行氮化处理至900 HV。这种组合可抵抗频繁换刀带来的磨损,并防止螺纹咬合——这是DIN6388螺母常见的失效点。我们不使用1214易切削钢或任何牺牲刚性的低成本替代材料。

每次发货前检测:不仅仅是纸质证书

每个DA弹簧夹头和夹头螺母均100%检测,而非抽样。我们使用三坐标测量机(CMM)验证8°锥角,使用激光测微仪检测内孔同心度,并使用洛氏硬度计在三个点检测硬度。跳动使用千分表在距鼻端50 mm处检查。您将收到一份数字检测报告,序列号与您的零件匹配。如果任何尺寸超出公差,该零件将被报废——而非返工。

DIN6388合规性及与现有刀具的互换性

DIN6388定义了关键尺寸:夹头锥度、螺母螺纹(DA-100系列为M20x1.0,DA-200系列为M25x1.5)以及夹头槽宽。我们的夹头和螺母严格按照这些标准制造,因此适用于Rego-Fix、Techniks或Lyndex等品牌的任何标准DA夹头。螺纹采用CNC车床单点刀片切削,整个螺纹长度上的螺距误差小于0.01 mm。您可以将我们的螺母与其他品牌的夹头混用——但您无需这样做。

为什么我们的交期是15天,而非6周

我们在东莞仓库备有20CrMnTi毛坯和40CrMo棒料库存。对于标准DA尺寸(100、200、300),我们在您下单当天开始加工。CNC车床单件循环时间为夹头本体12分钟,螺母8分钟。热处理在我们内部真空炉中进行,耗时48小时——无外包延误。检测增加2小时。整个流程:15天门到门交付,包括表面处理和包装。对于原型订单(1–5件),我们可以通过空运在7天内发货。

为非标准刀柄定制夹头螺母

如果您的 spindle 采用非标准螺纹,或者您需要更长的螺母以增加延伸距离,我们可以修改螺母的外径、长度或螺纹。我们曾加工过带六角平面(用于扭矩扳手)、带冷却液通孔以及带加长鼻端(用于深腔铣削)的定制螺母。定制螺母的最小订单量为10件,但如果您接受我们的标准毛坯,则免收刀具费用。请发送您的图纸——我们将在24小时内回复DFM(可制造性设计)意见。
