ER夹头卡盘如何无变形夹持刀具

ER系统采用开槽夹头,沿径向而非轴向压缩。精密磨削的锥面(16°包含角)迫使夹头围绕刀柄均匀闭合。与三爪涡旋卡盘不同,没有可磨损或移位的活动卡爪。夹紧力分布在8至12个接触槽上,可对Ø10.0 mm刀柄施加超过2,800 N的径向力。这就是我们的卡盘即使在10,000次循环后仍能无间隙夹持DIN 6499 ER32夹头的原因。对于重切削,我们提供带淬硬钢卡爪的三爪夹头卡盘变体,但ER版本仍是高达20,000 RPM高速主轴的标准选择。

我们使用的材料与热处理工艺

卡盘主体采用42CrMo4(AISI 4140),夹头螺母采用20CrMnTi。主体经正火处理后淬硬至HRC 58-62。我们不仅限于表面处理——芯部硬度保持在HRC 45以上,以抵抗反复夹紧下的变形。锥面在热处理后磨削,而非热处理前,这是保持锥体0.002 mm轮廓公差的唯一方法。夹头本身采用65Mn弹簧钢制造,淬硬至HRC 44-48,并使用0.3 mm线切割开槽。每只卡盘均经发黑处理,以抵抗切削液腐蚀。对于不锈钢或医疗环境,我们提供化学镀镍,订单超过50件时免费。

每批发货前的检验流程

我们对每只卡盘进行三项检查,而非批次抽检。首先,使用气动量仪测量锥角——16°00' ± 2'。其次,安装一根测试棒(Ø10.0 mm,长100 mm),分别测量鼻端和距鼻端40 mm处的跳动,数值必须分别低于0.005 mm和0.008 mm。第三,使用预设扭矩扳手测试夹紧扭矩,验证螺母旋转顺畅且无拉伤。每只卡盘在主体上激光刻印序列号,检验报告保存10年。如需,我们随货发送实际测量值的PDF文件。这是我们精密制造生产线的标准流程,而非附加服务。

为何三爪夹头卡盘在CNC加工中优于钻夹头

非标柄部和长度的定制选项

包装与运输详情

每只卡盘用VCI防锈纸包裹,然后密封在带泡沫内衬的塑料盒中。单件通过DHL或FedEx发货(3-5天),批量订单通过海运(20-25天)。外箱为5层瓦楞纸箱,抗压测试等级为12 kg/cm²。订单超过10件时,我们分装为独立盒子,防止运输过程中金属间接触。每批货物均包含检验证书、所用跳动量具的校准报告,以及带有HS编码(8466.93)的装箱单。如果您在欧盟或美国,我们提供原产地证书以减免关税。
