为何六爪设计优于三爪设计:薄壁零件加工优势

标准三爪卡盘因点接触载荷会使薄壁管和软铝零件变形。六爪设计将夹紧力分布在两倍的接触面积上。对于壁厚低于2 mm的零件,径向变形可减少高达40%。您可以在无需二次精加工的情况下直接加工至最终公差。

卡爪采用20CrMnTi合金钢制造,表面渗碳淬硬至58–60 HRC。每个卡爪磨削至0.002 mm轮廓公差。卡盘本体采用45#钢,淬硬至42 HRC,适用于大批量生产中的耐磨需求。

夹持范围与卡爪几何形状:适配六角和方形棒料

六爪卡盘可夹持直径3 mm至60 mm的棒料。卡爪选项包括用于粗加工的硬质阶梯爪和用于定制轮廓的软质可加工爪。卡爪座角度为15度,具有自定心作用,可将工件拉回定位面。

对于六角棒料,六个卡爪与平面完美对齐。对于方形棒料,每隔一个卡爪夹持角部。这消除了标准形状对定制软爪的需求。在整个夹持范围内,跳动保持在0.005 mm以下。

我们使用的材料与热处理工艺

我们采用20CrMnTi制造卡爪,45#钢制造本体。两者均为锻造而非棒料切割,以对齐晶粒结构实现最大强度。粗加工后,我们将卡爪渗碳至0.8–1.2 mm的硬化层深度。最终磨削使硬度达到58 HRC,表面粗糙度Ra 0.4。

卡盘本体在锥面和安装表面进行感应淬硬至42 HRC。这防止了卡盘反复安装和拆卸时的微动磨损和咬合。所有关键尺寸均在五轴CNC加工中心上加工,每台卡盘附带CMM检测报告。

每次发货前的检测流程

每台卡盘在包装前均进行单独检测。我们在三个位置测量跳动:前端面、夹持中段和后孔。我们使用扭矩扳手在25 Nm、50 Nm和75 Nm下测试夹紧力。结果记录在随卡盘附带的序列化检测表上。

我们还在实际运行的CNC车床上进行200次循环夹持测试。这验证了卡爪运动的平稳性以及自定心作用在反复驱动后保持在0.003 mm以内。未通过此测试的卡盘不会出厂。

常见数控车床主轴的安装选项

我们提供三种安装类型:A2-4、A2-5和A2-6,并配有相应的连接盘。卡盘本体具有精密磨削的锥面,与主轴鼻端匹配。对于定制主轴的客户,我们免费根据您的图纸加工连接盘。

每种安装选项均包括M16、M18或M20的拉管螺纹。如果您的车床没有通孔拉杆,我们还可提供液压驱动套件。卡盘总重量根据卡爪尺寸不同,范围为8 kg至25 kg。

六爪卡盘如何应对高速主轴负载

在4000 RPM转速下,离心力可能导致三爪卡盘夹持力下降。我们的六爪设计采用更短的卡爪行程和更陡的楔角,以在高速下保持夹紧力。我们将每台卡盘在4000 RPM下平衡至G2.5等级,这意味着振动保持在0.5 mm/s以下。

卡爪导轨淬硬至60 HRC,并涂覆低摩擦涂层。这减少了长时间生产运行中的热量积聚。您可以连续运行8小时的切削循环,而不会因热漂移影响零件尺寸。

此卡盘需要特殊润滑吗?

不需要,我们在工厂已涂抹锂基润滑脂,可持续10,000次循环,您可以使用标准主轴油进行补充。

可以,我们可以在收到您的零件图纸后48小时内将软爪加工至任何轮廓,并且首次订单免费提供此服务。
