为什么三爪液压卡盘在批量生产中优于手动夹头

手动夹头需要主轴止动装置、拉杆扳手和第二个操作员动作。这款液压动力卡盘使用内置活塞,以相等的力将所有三个卡爪径向向内移动——无需拉杆、无需手动扭矩、不会因夹紧不均而产生废品。对于典型的45 mm钢轴,液压系统产生32 kN的径向力,是同类气动卡盘力的2.3倍。该力可防止零件在4 mm切深的强力粗车过程中从卡爪座抬起。结果:您可以编程完整的车削循环而无需重新夹紧,与手动夹头更换相比,循环时间缩短18%。

我们用于卡盘体和卡爪的材料及热处理

标准动力卡盘使用60°锯齿卡爪,仅在锯齿边缘咬合。我们在卡爪端面上使用定制成型硬质合金刀具在5轴CNC上切削三头螺旋锯齿,螺距为1.0 mm,夹角为45°。这种几何结构产生自锁楔效应——施加的径向力越大,锯齿咬合越深,但零件不会旋转,因为螺旋角与主轴方向相反。我们用校准的扭矩扳手测试每套卡爪:在32 kN夹持力下,50 mm轴在450 N·m扭矩下不会旋转。这是10 kW车床主轴标准粗车所需扭矩的3.2倍。

每次发货前的检验:跳动、力和泄漏测试

每个卡盘只有在专用测试台架上通过14项检验后才会离开我们东莞的工厂。我们用分辨率为0.001 mm的千分表测量卡爪端面的TIR,任何超过0.005 mm的单元都会被拒收。我们还在0、5、10、15和20 bar液压压力下绘制完整的夹持力曲线,并与您特定卡爪高度的理论力方程进行比较。液压回路在40 bar压力下测试5分钟——无外部泄漏、无内部旁通。我们将所有读数记录在随卡盘发货的序列化测试报告中。如果您要求,我们还可以在装箱前提供您特定卡盘实际跳动测试的视频。

我们如何在15天交期内保持一致的公差

我们在Okuma和Mazak CNC车床上运行三个8小时班次,卡盘体经过至少20件的最小批量热处理——这样所有单元的硬度曲线一致。我们在车床上使用在线测量:Renishaw探头每加工5个零件后测量卡爪槽宽度,机床自动补偿刀具磨损。这就是为什么我们可以承诺0.005 mm跳动而无需最终手工研磨步骤。15天交期包括热处理、磨削和装配。如果您需要在7天内获得原型,我们可以用预硬化4140加工一件并跳过渗碳淬火——但硬度将为HRC 28-32,而非HRC 58-62。
