W20轮廓如何无变形夹持柄式刀具

W20夹头采用20 mm螺纹和锥形外锥面,可均匀收缩包裹刀具柄部。与使用开槽圆柱夹持的ER夹头不同,Schaublin W20设计施加连续的360度径向力。这消除了导致小直径立铣刀和钻头微偏转的三点压力痕迹。对于6 mm柄径,闭合后我们保持圆度在0.002 mm以内。结果是刚性夹持,可在12,000 RPM主轴负载下保持刀具位置。

我们的夹头卡盘体采用8620渗碳钢加工,然后表面淬硬至58-62 HRC。锥形座采用磨削而非车削,包含角为12度,表面粗糙度Ra 0.4 µm。这种磨削确保夹头完全就位,无晃动,而晃动是廉价进口卡盘跳动的主要原因。您无需在200件零件加工后重新紧固。

我们用于夹头卡盘体的材料和热处理

我们提供两种等级的主体:标准8620渗碳钢和可选440C不锈钢,适用于冲洗环境。8620版本获得0.8 mm渗碳层深度,提供耐磨表面,同时保持韧性芯部以吸收冲击。440C版本整体淬硬至56 HRC,并经过钝化处理以提高耐腐蚀性。

所有螺纹均采用单点刀片切削,然后通过线切割精加工至2A级配合。螺纹牙侧角使用Zeiss轮廓投影仪验证,而非通止规。这很重要,因为拉杆上的螺纹松动会导致夹头在重切削下脱出,损坏您的零件和刀具柄。

跳动和锥度公差:发货前我们测量的内容

我们对每个单元测量三个关键尺寸:内锥角、前端面垂直度和螺纹中径。锥度使用精密气动量仪检查,读数精度为0.0005 mm。我们允许最大锥度偏差为理论12度±0.002 mm。前端面磨削至与内孔垂直,全直径范围内偏差在0.005 mm以内。这防止了刀具上的侧向载荷,而侧向载荷是导致成品零件上振纹的原因。

每个卡盘都使用测试夹头和10 mm校准棒组装。我们在两个点测量跳动:距鼻端10 mm和距鼻端50 mm。两个点的最大可接受读数为0.003 mm TIR。如果单元超过此值,则被拒收,而非调整。我们不发货“够用就好”的刀具。

每次发货前的检验:气动量仪和三坐标测量报告

每一个夹头卡盘,而非样品批次,都经过12点检验。我们使用Zeiss三坐标测量机检查锥角和内孔同心度,测量不确定度为±0.001 mm。表面粗糙度使用Mitutoyo轮廓仪检查,硬度使用洛氏硬度计在鼻端和柄部验证。检验报告随产品附在包装盒内,序列号与您的图纸匹配。

我们保留每批热处理的原材料证书(EN 10204 3.1)长达10年。如果您遇到现场故障,我们可以将确切的钢材批次追溯到钢厂。这就是“中国制造”精密制造应有的含义——不仅仅是廉价零件,而是可追溯、可验证的质量。

可提供定制柄长。我们可以加工120 mm长柄,带用于紧定螺钉固定的平面,或带用于拉杆牵引的螺纹后端。最小订单为一件,因此您可以在投入批量生产前进行试装。这是标准政策,而非特殊让步。

为什么我们的夹头卡盘在瑞士型车床上优于进口ER刀柄

ER夹头适用于一般铣削,但缺乏瑞士型车削所需的轴向刚性。W20设计使用更长的锥面接触区域,比相同夹持直径的ER32夹头多约15%的表面积。这减少了不锈钢中0.5 mm切削深度下的偏转。在我们自己的测试车间中,我们以8,000 RPM、每齿进给0.05 mm运行6 mm硬质合金立铣刀,测得刀尖偏转为0.008 mm。相同设置使用ER32刀柄时偏转为0.021 mm。这一差异就是成品零件和废品之间的分界线。
