我们在东莞的20年CNC车削和磨削生产线上,使用预硬化合金钢加工此夹头。每个单元均在热处理后进行磨削,而不仅仅是车削。正是这一磨削步骤实现了孔内0.4 µm Ra的表面光洁度以及您的零件几何形状所需的精确方角半径。标准尺寸的交货期为7个工作日,定制孔为15天。

方孔几何形状:如何锁定棒料而不留痕迹

方孔并非简单的拉削孔。我们加工出真正的四点接触模式,孔的每个平面均独立磨削至0.002 mm的平面度。这可将夹持力均匀分布到工件表面,避免圆形夹头在方形棒料上留下的点接触应力痕迹。孔角采用0.2 mm半径的卸荷设计,防止高速主轴循环期间应力集中导致夹头体开裂。

由于孔为方形,当拉杆将夹头拉入锥度时,夹头会均匀收缩。四个面均获得相同的夹持力,这意味着即使在8,000 RPM下进行激进的啄钻或螺纹旋风铣削,您的方形零件也不会旋转或轴向移动。我们在每个设计发布前均通过50,000次循环疲劳测试进行验证。

我们用于此25型夹头的材料及热处理工艺

我们选用42CrMo4合金钢(AISI 4140等效),因为它在整体淬透性和冲击韧性之间取得了平衡。CNC加工至近净形后,我们进行真空淬火至58±1 HRC。真空淬火可防止脱碳和表面氧化,使孔保持尺寸稳定。随后在180°C下进行两次回火以消除残余应力——这一步骤可防止夹头在磨削后“弹跳”变形失去方形精度。

弹簧槽在淬火后使用线切割EDM加工,而非在淬火前铣削。线切割可实现0.3 mm ±0.01 mm的槽宽和干净无毛刺的边缘,不会产生应力集中点。此夹头我们不使用表面涂层,因为应用场景是机械夹持而非排屑。如果您需要在冷却液密集环境中具备耐腐蚀性,我们可以免费提供黑色氧化处理。

磨削和精加工顺序:0.005 mm TIR的来源

我们的磨削顺序分三步:外圆磨削至25型锥度(直径25 mm,包含角30°),然后内孔磨削方孔,最后精磨端面。外圆磨削至0.002 mm的圆度,锥度使用涂蓝法对照标准规检查,接触率90%。方孔使用成型砂轮磨削,每个平面独立修整,相对面之间的平行度保持在0.003 mm。

最终TIR在精密主轴上使用数字指示器沿孔长三个点测量。任何鼻端TIR超过0.005 mm或后端超过0.008 mm的夹头均被拒收。这比DIN 6499标准中ER夹头允许的0.015 mm更为严格。如果您加工的零件有严格的同心度要求,此夹头无需额外的精加工工序即可满足要求。

每次发货前的检验:尺寸和硬度验证

每只夹头均接受全面检验,而非批次抽样。我们使用两点内径千分尺在孔的前、中、后三个位置测量方孔宽度。锥度使用校准环规检查。硬度使用洛氏C硬度计在端面验证,并将数值记录在检验证书上。我们还进行回弹测试:夹持12 mm方形测试棒,测量松开时的孔径,确认其恢复到原始尺寸的0.01 mm以内。

我们拍摄TIR测量装置的照片,并将读数包含在发货文件中。如果您要求,我们还可以提供材料测试证书(EN 10204 3.1),显示42CrMo4批次的化学成分。对于大批量订单,我们存档首件检验报告(FAIR),并可在您提出请求后24小时内通过电子邮件发送。

交货期、最小起订量及发货方式

标准尺寸(6 mm、8 mm、10 mm、12 mm、14 mm、16 mm方孔)从我们东莞工厂发货,交货期为7个工作日。4 mm至25 mm之间的定制孔交货期为15个工作日,因为我们需要修整新的磨削砂轮。我们无最小起订量——您可以订购一件用于原型测试。少于10件的订单,我们收取15美元的少量设置费,以覆盖机器换型时间。

运输通过DHL或FedEx进行,到美国或欧洲的典型运输时间为3-5天。每只夹头均密封在塑料管中,并附VCI防锈纸,防止海运过程中生锈。如果您需要加急订单,标准尺寸可加急至3个工作日,需加收30%附加费。
