家电五金冲压:冲压哪些零件及原因

简短回答:家电内部几乎每一个结构性和机械性金属零件都是冲压件——门铰链和门锁、安装支架、电机和压缩机支架、控制盒外壳、端子和开关触点、卡扣以及弹簧。家电产量(每个型号通常每年5万到数百万件)完美匹配连续冲压的经济性,材料几乎总是涂层或可电镀钢材:支架和外壳用SECC/SGCC镀锌钢,卡扣和门锁用弹簧钢,电气触点用黄铜或铜合金,需要耐热或接触食品的地方用不锈钢或铝。成形公差±0.1 mm是正常的,±0.05 mm也可实现,一旦模具存在,每个零件的成本仅为几分钱。
